officekid - so many people made money off of Cenveo over the last 5 years, that is if you shorted the stock LOL! I guess if my kids ran my publicly traded company, I would say the same thing no matter how poorly it did. I can't wait for the day when Humpty blames the kids for the poor performance, he is too conceded to think he had anything to do with it.

So amazing, from July 18, 2005.
And I quote., "However, there is a good likelihood that one or more of my sons will have a role at Cenveo because of their significant prior experience in the printing industry. Not surprisingly, your Preliminary Proxy Statement neglected to mention my sons' printing experience at World Color and Moore Corporation and that each of them, through their investment in Burton Capital, own more stock than any current director of Cenveo including yourself. Where I come from this is called "putting your money where your mouth is." As evidenced by your counsel's comments in the Printing Impressions Weekly for June 10, 2005, your advisors continue to tell Cenveo investors that we are not interested in running Cenveo and are only interested in increasing the stock price. As we have told you before, we are excited about the opportunity to manage Cenveo. I will commit 100% of my time and efforts to turning Cenveo around. We intend to bring back additional proven senior executive printing talent to run Cenveo. We have a detailed plan to save this company and it is a plan that we have used several times in the past, which we believe is realistic and credible. As our track record indicates, we deliver what we promise. The top five printing executives that we hope join us at Cenveo, plus myself, have over 100 years of printing and publishing experience. As you know, neither you as Chairman nor your new CEO have any (zero) direct operational printing experience. Very truly yours Robert G. Burton, Sr.Chairman, CEO and Managing Member" Great job Burtons, great job!

Like a rock! My prediction is a new 52 week low by the end of the qtr. so we have 5 1/2 trading days. DOW is setting new all time highs and CVO is near it's 52 week low, so sad. A true testament to the leadership of this company. One thing I for sure, Robert was right! The stock price will have a "2" in front of it.

    Google these items:

Robert Burton, Sr letter to BANTA CEO
Robert Burton, Sr letter to UCONN
Robert Burton, SR letter to Cenveo CEO Paul Reilly

Some funny stuff is contained within these letters. Everything he lambasted BANTA and the original Cenveo leadership for he is guilty, if not worse

CVO to present at two investor conferences

    by officekid Sep 16, 2014 4:02 PM

Looks like someone is going to be begging for more money. They will really expose themselves to some hardball questions at these conferences. My prediction post investor conference is a steep decline in price. Funny too is that our CEO and COB will most likely skip the one on the West Coast because he is afraid to fly. Mikey will handle it though, LOL.

  • Football players are dropping like flies. First the quarterback quits and now two other guys. What gives? Maybe they should send Hiltwein in there to figure things out. He did such a great job with the envelope division! That is once he is done with some of his special projects for Humpty. I never met Burton's son who is now running things for that group but I heard it is slash and burn and that is what dad wants. Justification for another nice year end bonus, time will tell?

    Share Price Update - $2.77

  • Derivative Action - a lawsuit brought by a corporation shareholder against the directors, management and/or other shareholders of the corporation, for a failure by management. In effect, the suing shareholder claims to be acting on behalf of the corporation, because the directors and management are failing to exercise their authority for the benefit of the company and all of its shareholders. This type of suit often arises when there is fraud, mismanagement, self-dealing and/or dishonesty which are being ignored by officers and the Board of Directors of a corporation.

  • Isn't a stock price supposed to go up, not down? With the best management team in the business, why is the share price going down? Obviously people don't know who is running the show here!

The only thing Humpty Dumpty knows is the blame game. Everyone else is at fault but him. Wait until he throws the kids under the bus, that is next. trouble is they won't care because he made them all rich. My guess it's the Joe, the third Stooge, one next to Moe and Larry.

  • All the bullets are gone! They already late pay suppliers, they already Re-Fi'ed their senior debt, they already bought National Envelopes assets, already have the big accounts locked up, they already started the consolidation of plants, they already cut staff, they already rolled back benefits, they already took our 401K contributions, they already cut sales reps incomes, they already took sales reps car allowances, etc. Get the picture. Maybe Mikey and Humpty know something we don't. My guess is that they will be calling that guy in Australia for another high interest loan. To see the way these people treat their workers and suppliers is horrible. And Sr has the guts to hide behind God. Shameful! Remember these two things, God will be the final judge and the share price is the greatest indicator of a CEO's success or failure. The first one I can't speak for but the other, well that just speaks for itself.

Chart looks like Sr's EKG, LOL...

    Yea reap whatith yea sow!

  • When he said that the stock price will have a "2" in front of it he wasn't kidding, LOL. Now, did he mean a "2" as in $2.00 or a "2" as in $20.00. What an idiot, who would go on the record and make such a prediction? He meant $20.00+ and look where the share price is years later. I love when people on the message board paste the old press releases where he bashes Paul Reilly and the gal from Banta. Everything he said about them reflects Sr to a "T". So funny and yet so sad. It is so hard to work for these jerks so I don't.

Will Michael turn envelope around? Why are they sending so much work out, I thought that is what the envelope division does, run envelopes. At what cost to Q3 financials? Time will tell!

  • webmagic49 webmagic49 Sep 1, 2014 11:52 AM Flag

Major clients are realizing the risk reward of keeping work under the Cenveo roof. Will this become a self fulfilling prophecy? Financials aside, life has a funny way of circling back on someone. When you see Sr. starting to position himself to exit the company, look for him to start to bale to preserve the remaining share value. Remember, the one and only indicator of a CEO's successes or failures is the share price. $3.04 says it all, $2.50 says it even better. I think we will drop below $3.00 and stay there a for the rest of the year, sans any more internal buying to artificially prop up the share price.

  • webmagic49 webmagic49 Aug 29, 2014 8:11 AM Flag

When you have no clue like these greed mongers, you convince yourself that the numbers and the facts are wrong. It is like a fat lady looking into the mirror and seeing a well toned beauty.

What is going on internally you ask? Managers are not listening anymore, people are getting broken in spirit, no one wants to work, salesmen and sales managers are being forced to call competitors to try to place work to salvage accounts, lies continue to clients and the Burtons continue to rake in millions in personal income. How many calls have been made in the past few days and weeks to competitors to outsource work behind customer's backs? My managers and I refuse to partake in this, we are not liars!

Share price says it all. It is the true indicator of the markets belief in a management team. Soon we will be back in the "2's". Does anyone see under $2.00 by the end of the year?

I predicted this on Aug 7th. Hiltwein out as envelope president. What does special projects mean away way? Working directly for Robert? So sad. How is everyone going to deal with Mikey running the show? I feel so sorry for everyone in the envelope division. This was however obviously predictable. Wonder how many shares he is going to buy this quarter? Wives must be getting very angry with all these stock purchases, I know I would be.

  • Like a Rock! LOL. Who is left to blame? Mark H better watch out, then Mark G. Or could he turn on one of his spawn? Time will tell. The only thing certain is that he will once again pull out millions of personal comp for him and his family, regardless of the financial state. I smell a lawsuit!, where is Levi and Korinsky when you need them!

  • webmagic49 by webmagic49 Aug 7, 2014 10:45 AM Flag

One of the Burton's must be speaking, LOL. Nimbers, as Sr calls them, don't look so good! Back out National's sales and what do you have. They made $12 Million profit, the Burton's I mean, not Cenveo. Poppa Bear and the 3 cubs are making a killing off all the sweat and misery of others. As supposed self proclaimed God fearing people, they sure don't seem to care about other human beings.
