Bob is drowning, hurry someone throw him an anvil.Opps, not necessary! He will get taken under by his debt load!

1-10 SMU beats 2-9 UCONN in a laughable end to yet another miserable football season. How appropriate is it that the Burton name is on the fitness center!

Sr, you did a wonderful job surrounding yourself with losers! Now, who to blame? I can't wait until you throw one of your spawn under the bus since there is few left outside of your family to fire.

  • Who does 2-9 UCONN play today in football? They play SMU at 1 -10. Let's just call this the Cellar Bowl, LOL! Bob, they need more money for the football program! It seems like everything he touches goes to #$%$.

Storm she is a brewing! It may be tough to hit the nimbers in Q4 with out the weather let alone with some bad weather. Not too worry, officer's bonuses are safe and sound. Sr has been Santa to himself and his kids for many years now. Wonder what Mrs. Claus thinks of all this ill begotten gain?

  • webmagic49 by webmagic49 Nov 25, 2014 10:59 AM Flag

Not a one to be found for any of the employees. Sr. will be giving thanks to all his hard working stiffs that keep him in seven digit incomes and large stock grants. Same goes for his pukes.

  • webmagic49 by webmagic49 Nov 25, 2014 7:41 AM Flag

How many times will Sr mention tomorrow's east coast snow storm in his Q4 investor call when he discloses that he once again missed his nimbers? Anyone get a turkey this Thanksgiving from the company?

Cenveo up today because the market is up today. A rising tide lifts all boats. When the market corrects, and it will happen in the next few days or weeks, look out below!

And it isn't good! They are saying what I have been saying for weeks and months and years. I should have been an analyst instead of this garbage. This man and his family has cost so many people so much money that it is criminal to still have him around. I can't wait for him to throw one of his spawn under the bus like he has most of his senior managers for not making the nimbers. It is just a matter of time. Get ready Mikey, Robbey and last but least Joey!

My guess is that we see $1.70 today and possibly south of $1.50 by turkey day. Speaking of turkey day, did all the plant employees get something for the table for Thanksgiving?

  • My guess is never!

  • Sr will down his scotches and fat laden prime steak laughing all the way to the bank as they plan the next plant closures.

    Who did all the selling?

May be too far gone? Rumor has it D L the envelope king has made it public that he is leaving before it gets too ugly. Even he doesn't want to be around them anymore. My opinion is that Sr is going to try to grab one, maybe two if it lasts, more years of a mid seven figure comp along with his sons and then some sucker suppliers will be left holding the bag thru a structured BK. I also think that Q4 will be just as bad and then all the institutions will bale. If things were so good at Cenveo, Burtons should cough up the $95,000,000.00 and buy all the outstanding shares and take them private. Either that or spins off the parts. Problem is, who would hire the Burton boys, LOL.

The market cap sank below $100,000,000.00 today. Still too high considering all the debt on the books and the ineptitude in the corporate offices. Why do they have public announcements when the open plants but they don't have any public announcements when the close plants? Only desperate suppliers will be shipping to them and the remaining suppliers will be looking for cash up front.

Interesting to point out, at the current pay rate of the Burton's, they are making a combined personal income that is about 10% of todays market cap. Criminal to say the least.

    Time to fire another VP!

  • webmagic49 by webmagic49 Nov 6, 2014 10:03 AM Flag

No one believes the empty promises anymore. Put a fork in her! Chart looks like Sr's EKG! Put Joe in charge LOL! Pay freeze for all senior managers is in order! When the shareholders sue, there will be serious claw back for past wages and share handouts! Why hasn't anyone from the UCONN Business Dept offer to help, LOL? The Board of Trustees from UCONN needs to start asking questions about the cozy relationship with the president and her seat on the BOD's of Cenveo!

These are all valid points that everyone outside of this little circle of yes people is asking. Where are the other members of the BOD that are loosing millions at hands of the Burton Klan? Spineless bunch of do nothings is what I see them as!

  • Would hate to be a supplier! Good work boys, looks like everyone earned a big fat raise!

    Fire at Cenveo Plant

There was a very serious fire in the Baltimore Print Plant in the Dundas section of town. Didn't they take the insurance money and then close the plant? What's with all the fires?

Did a major poly patch supplier cut them off because they didn't pay their bills? If so, how can they buy window film to put on their envelopes? Begs to ask what other suppliers aren't getting paid if this is true.

  • webmagic49 by webmagic49 Oct 10, 2014 11:33 AM Flag

Hit $2.16 this morning. What next? One more company announcement and this thing may drop below $2.00. I would imagine that suppliers are very nervous, clients are even more nervous and the cost to outsource what they can't run in house could really affect Q3. The days of Sr pounding his fist and demanding answers and a higher share price visa vi cost cuts are gone. The market cap is approaching a level that is half as much as what they paid for Commercial Envelope. Can you say the best management team in the business? I understand that the sales group is now embarrassed to say they work for the company. It is starting to look like National Envelope in their final days.

  • My guess is Sr thought the share price would go higher on the news. Wrong! The new 52 week low is only about 40 cents from the all time low. Share price is approaching Reilly territory that was pre-Burton acquisition. Where has all the money gone? My guess is that all the Burton comp plus the yes people on the board and other family members have probably pulled out over a $100,000,000.00 in cash, stock and benefits over the past several years.

Question, are the suppliers getting paid? If so, paid on time? Are there any cash with order suppliers? Anyone stop the flow of supplies as of yet? Are orders being shipped on time? Were any jobs pulled because of raw material issues? All worth while questions!

  • Holy robin eggs Batman, what is happening? Down $115,664,400.00 in market cap in the last year alone? Market cap is now $150,000,000.00? About $80,000,000.00 less than what was paid for Commercial Envelope? Can you say "Best Management Team in the Business"?
