JP Morgan loves GPRO so does other firms but JMP Securities the most with $105 target
Short term this may tank to $12 - $14 but in long run i see $35 (2016 - 2017)
Just my thinking.
Alright folks I like the product. Flavors are great. I am not a carbonated soda drinker or bubbled - sparkling mineral water drinker. It is more girly thing for a guy like me but it is something I see in every house, office, gyms, schools, convenience stores and restaurants.
I am adding more SODA for long term.
Folks talk to you all later. Heading to wife's sister place to taste flavors since i bought 3k SODA stocks today. Have to try and hear about the products. May be i will get more than just tasting sparkling water. Its a 50 min drive but have to given i am betting so much on this company. Will let you know later tonight or tomorrow.
Wife's sister invited me to taste flavored water. Said comon over if you want to try.
I want to taste something else if you guys know what lol
Spoke to my wife's sister who owns Sodastream revolution sparkling water m/c. She couldn't stop praising it. Happy customer says a lot about the product. I decided to add 1k more at $18.25 with plan to sell at $30 someday this yr.
I want a beer maker for me - Sodastream should make one for us guys.
I am getting tempted to buy 5000 shares at $18.25 in my 401k account. I know this was $70 stock last time when wife bought a sodastream machine. Still use it loving it. She went and got the flavored water one few weeks ago. I don't drink it as i am not into carbonated stuff. Selling bubbled water is most lucrative business i feel. Is this stock oversold? Time to buy stocks at $18.25? Only real serious responses please. TIA
Wasn't this a $70 high flier stock? What happened?
Getting tempted to buy stocks. Is this a great time to get in? $18.25
China's online retail giant Alibaba says it has pulled in $9.3bn in sales from its annual 'Singles' Day' shopping event.
At the end of Tuesday, the firm said sales had reached 57.1 billion yuan, and that it had shipped 278 million orders - 43% of which were placed on mobile devices.
Last year, Alibaba recorded sales of $5.75bn, shipping 150 million packages.
Singles' Day is the world's biggest online retail sales day.
It compares with "Cyber Monday" in the US, the Monday after Thanksgiving, which is also marketed as a big online shopping day.
"You're seeing the unleashing of the consumption power of the Chinese consumer," said Alibaba Group's executive vice chairman, Joe Tsai.
Not worried putting my $25k when BABA invested over $100 mln. Big names know what the potential could be otherwise they don't invest a dime.
Alibaba's Co-Founder and other mgmt on MOMO with 25% equity stake so it is safe to assume that Alibaba will do whatever it needs to help MOMO grow.
Exactly. Alibaba a $300 bln company wouldn't invest and pick up 25% stake if they didn't think this company will be huge. All the pre IPO investors are sharp and shrewd investors who wouldn't have bet even 1 cent if they didn't like the potential. China's mobile usage is growing exponentially. MOMO will grab a large chunck of mobile social media as its users rise to 300 mln or more within next yr.
Great read for US investors.
Sure if you say so shortie. Alibaba, Sequoia Capital and other don't invest in such companies. Have you seen the BOD of this company? If you have short sold you should check it out immediately. They know what they are doing. They don't invest a penny if they didn't like the mgmt, product and prospects. MOMO app's image has changed in last yr. Go do some dd on independent studies so you will know why this could be $25+ stock someday in 2015.
FB hits all time high on strong mobile growth. Valued now at $230 billion. Patience pays off. FB was down after IPO but it is up strongly now hitting all time highs as it executed its business plan penetrating mobile users.
MOMO with backing from Alibaba, Seqouia capital and others with strong leadership team including impressive board of directors should perform exceptionally well.
MOMO has most popular social mobile app in country with largest mobile users.
MOMO already lost $1 bln valuation since its drop from $17.50 last week on IPO open day trading.
WhatsApp had revenues of under $30 mln for 2014 I believe. MOMO generates more revenues on an annual basis with about 1/3 rd of users it has compared to WhatsApp. So not bad at all. Actually MOMO will surpass WhatsApp in revenue generation next yr, and in overall new user growth.
FB hits all time high today valued at $230 billion after paying $23 billion for acquisition of WhatsApp
MOMO will do very well as it continues to add new users and features adding to revenues.
