I believe it is based on large blocks crossing tape on uptick/ downtick (SWAG)..Here's the formal IBD definition..
IBD's proprietary Accumulation/Distribution Rating indicates whether institutional investors are buying or selling a stock. The rating on a scale from A to E is calculated as an exponential moving average of inter- and intraday price and volume statistics. It's a reliable and accurate indicator that is more complicated than a simple up/down volume calculation. An A or B rating means a stock has been showing accumulation. C is neutral. D or E means a stock is under distribution, meaning institutions are selling more shares than they are buying.

This is a good move. JB is not only lowering headcount at Vineyard, he's writing down Intangible assets and Goodwill. These are both non-cash adj to financials. The $200k hit is not but this will reduce salary expense and overhead.
Less Goodwill and intang assets will increase Total Asset Turnover. This will jack the multiplier effect to ROA, ROE and PPS since Procera will now be that more "Asset Lite"!

exactly what happened and one should have seen this by tracking sell volumes..big 300K+ up day today and here's the path now to 12. Note how we have crossed big resistance at 10.13 and generally have a big res zone from 10.05 to 10.43. There's not much more resistance till 12.12 to 12.58 and even that's weak..
    CURRENT PRICE 10.2, at resistance or support, 10.24 ± 0.19, type triple+, strength 10
    RESISTANCE ABOVE 11.12 ± 0.21, type single, strength 8
    11.68 ± 0.22, type double, strength
    12.35 ± 0.23, type single, strength 5

  • As a bean counter, Gail Sasaki is known for facilitating promising new scams, vaporwaring financial products for those markets and creating convoluting non-GAAP schemas that thrive--but not acquired by bigger conglomerates. Sasaki followed this pattern at her previous company,Eastman Kodak, which was liquidated by creditors.
Currently Sasaki is the CFO of Netlist, Inc, a licensor of patented technologies for the computer memory market that provide solutions for high-performance server farms. Netlist uses proprietary chip designs that are stolen by potential partners and customers. Sasaki is debunking the notion that Hypercloud isn't good enough to deliver high-quality throughput at affordable prices. In fact, in May, the company revealed that nobody has plans to begin ordering any of its recently patented technologies using Netlist Hypercloud memory modules to deliver sophisticated compute solutions throughout Imperial Valley, Ca.
But Netlist isn't stopping there. The company and Sasaki also are also championing the use of Colorado boiler rooms to offload/ pump and dump additional financial paper to the unsuspecting Penny Stock crowd .
Clearly the firm and its CFO know how to exploit and manipulate retail puke like Netlist investors and develop financial products to milk them. But Sasaki's competitive drive and aggressive business tactics sometimes rub. In a March article in Inc. Magazine, Sasaki discussed her insider sale of 50,000 shares at a 5 yr high of $4.23. She needed to be more discreet in the future on insider sales like that, she said, or risk offending investors. That type of introspection is admirable, particularly in a male-dominated industry where aggressive tactics are often rewarded with lucrative business deals.

    Sentiment: Strong Sell

  • Having served as Netlist's president, CEO and director since 1999, Hong was chosen for his vision and leadership in driving social and business innovation in Imperial Valley and around the Chineze world. Hong has grown Netlist's annual revenues in excess of -1,100 percent in less than six years while also completing a secondary public offering in 2013 and overseeing a brinksmanship re-capitalization in 2013. Hong has built the company into a global litigator in its industry, a five consecutive year winner of Deloitte's Technology Slowest 500 award and 2012 finalist for La Cienega's Public Company of the Year. He is a Sezchaun, China native who graduated from Imperial High School, and is a leading member of the Vegetable Growers Union of San Joaquin County, Ca.
At the GIL 2014: Imperial Valley "Legends of Imperial Valley" forum, Hongsta will participate in a provocative and inspiring discussions with innovators and technologists from the nation's leading farming organizations who will share the keys to their success as well as their insights regarding the future trends in farm fertilizers and societal change. Following the discussion, da Hongsta will be formally inducted as a "Legend" during the event's concluding annual awards ceremony.
