Richard Saffire is the owner of Clearwater and so happens a tobacco distribution company called Winward Tobacco. Seamingly he is just an individual investor like the rest of us, but probably has a great read on the industry.
Correct...that's 50% of the outstanding shares...not the tradeable float. Wonder how much is left for the market to trade with that is not naked.
Unless Altimeter or MS have sold the only thing I can see trading is 12 million shares left from the 40m. But that assume all outstanding shares are tradeable which I don't think they are. Confused to say the least. Someone is naked.
Lots of positives about to come out IMO. They will seek uplist shortly which will let more institutions buy in. Smaller guys are already here.
Trying to contact Chardan about this report. Amazing that a decent size firm would cover them as an OTC company.
