Whoa ha...the cheerleaders are cheering. Look Buffett, this oinker falls every time it hits $15 so why does it deserve anything more than the market multiple it has. They are just as apt to miss the current expectations as they are to beat them.
Small Potatoes in a big filed & honey pot for family = Rocky
Once past $15 the insiders see the reality of this oinker!
Even worse than some investment in marketing would be an acquisition. Doubtful anyone would accept Rocky stock for a purchase unless the total price paid was very far above its value. So this would likely mean cold, hard cash.
As long as he votes to protect the family he will be awarded more low valued options. Any director who votes for an acquisition should be voted out. It will be interesting to see Baird's position on this....maybe some underwriting fee's?
The Director selling knows it is time to take some cash!
I guess it is also possible they could do a stock split but many companies become arrogant with a smell of success and then think they can manage acquisitions. This oinker really thinks they managed the EJ acquisition well when all they did was go through years of poor returns to shareholders and good returns to family.
Jump in there and buy Buffett, if it is such a great deal. Family is happy to issue more stock and dilute your holdings.
Kiss of Death...once again they do something to take any remaining air out of sails. They cannot understand they should be ACQUIRED not the ACQUIRER. I deeply regret not selling everything at 16+ as we may not see that again.
The barnyard is happy to make dispersions about posters but can't seem to make points about a stock, that are accurate. There is nothing cheap today about this woofer...though that might not be enough to keep it from rising. I hope it will go to 100 but believe it will see $15 - 14 - 13 - 12 - 11 before it sees $16 - 17 - 18 - 19 - 20. The dividend frenzy will be forgotten once paid and expected now and a disappointment if not increased.
It is also DOWN on strong up days! The dividend frenzy is behind us and this oinker is back to being the stale bread is was previously, it seems. But facts wont get in the way of the cheerleaders!
Buffett, as an astute investor like you knows...this oinker has sold off every time that it has exceeded $15. I am sorry that I didnt sell more when it exceeded $16 because I think it will be a while before it gets back there. I hope I am wrong. You still have it rocketing upward into the very Blue Sky!
No justification except dividend, hence several mutual funds adding it to their portfolio. Cheerleaders frothy but still refuse to buy me out at their promised levels. Blue Sky!
Not really, Buffett, ex div and a fall off. This woofer may struggle to get back to where a recent high would be. Not close to a real new high. Family must be cheering all the way to the bank as they see their holding value increase while company is mediocre at best.
Yep...ask Mr. Graham to define Opportunity Cost to you and see what you have missed by riding this tired horse!
