It would be nice to see a little short squeeze over the next few days...especially with about 11% of the float being shorted. GLTA
In this morning at 7.89 and out this afternoon at 8.10...gotta love this stock. Still long on positions above 8.00 and waiting for the next rally. Looking for the traditional summer bump in housing. GLTA
Like the long term potential and am accumulating in the 13's. Willing to hold for the long term...by the way, the 30,000 from yesterday are a sign that someone else must see the value here. GLTA
With many small cap growth stocks, the perceived value is in the potential, not current numbers. Probably not investment material for conservatives, but that potential may appeal to long term investors who are willing to wait and see what the future holds. I believe the jury in still out on that decision.
Smoidalon, we love those 2.5% returns that happen 15 to 20 times a year...never getting greedy and at the end of the year it's a great return. Good luck next week.
Sold my 8.05 position this afternoon at 8.27...isn't this a great country! Have a great weekend all.
Small rally today and we make a little money on the way back up! Still love this stock. We're into the "Spring Home Buying Season" and numbers should start to improve. GLTA
And in again at 8.05...willing to hold for the rebound and make a little extra cash...still love the fundamentals of SPF and the long term prospects for housing this year. GLTA
Factors in play may be the weak new home sales in February and first part of March, plus the drought issues on the West Coast. Spring new home sales for April and May should start to pick up the price.
Bought again at 8.25 this morning...buying on the way down and selling on the rebound...we still have spring housing numbers to come. Existing home sales rebounded in March and I'm guessing the April/May numbers for new home sales will look encouraging. GLTA
Back in today at 8.53. Time now for a little nudge back into the upper 8's. Gotta love this stock.
Super Target has an entrance and checkouts by grocery...possibly in the conventional Targets they don't, or the Canadian Targets. Oh, the Canadian stores are closed.
We need a little retreat below 9.00 to reload and wait for the next rally. Still love the fundamentals of SPF.
Back home in Minnesota and nice surprise...filled a low 8's position at $9.00 this morning. Gotta love this country!!! Now we need a little dip to reload on. Ride the wave.
