Through YHGG parent GanSu Yasheng Group the company operates large scale facilities and Ranches for breeding and raising Cows, Swine, Sheep, and Goats. The products are sold to local and high end markets in China as high quality products. Many of the facilities are located in a natural environment and open ranges for organic grazing.

The company raises 2 major varieties of laying hens, “Hailan and Haisai”. The egg produces a golden-skin. The products are sold fresh throughout the province. Poultry meats are also processed and the company has an internal breeding center.

    Yahoo! Profile excerpt:
is also involved in animal husbandry activities, as well as provides animal food products consisting of chicken and eggs. The company’s chicken operations include breeding and raising chickens, as well as processing live chickens into fresh, frozen, and value-added chicken products.

Why is Yasheng listed in USA instead of China?

Does the SEC know about the fraud?
I think the idea began in China before YHGG (HERB) listed,
and their motive was to raise capital from gullible Americans.
The swindlers now including U.S. con-artists likely were surprised when
the Manipulators acted in the way they did but decided to continue anyway.
Their main mistake was overplaying with Arizona mining
and global farming which aroused my suspicions.

    rather than U.S. dollars?

  • doesn't show either Hailan or Haisai possibly because they're relatively unknown.
My Web Search also produced no specific result, but there's plenty of info about egg-laying hens!

So HERB claims to have sold wholesale more than $19 million in brown eggs
without mentioning having sold any chicken too. Do the "employees" eat the chickens
which stop laying? Was the chicken #$%$ used internally as organic fertilizer?

    The 10-K for 2011 description:
Yasheng Group in US, owns 81 acres in the city’s Southern California Logistics Airport of land at U.S. Highway 395 and California 58 at Kramer Junction

I deduce that HERB acquired this desert land in 2011 because it's not mentioned in the 2010 10-K.
Thus the Company has held this barren parcel for about 3 years so far. To what purpose?

We plan to invest up to and in excess of $100 million to acquire speculative mining claims whose exploitation may never be possible if we don’t obtain the permits required by law and regulation and/or which may not be capable of being mined in a manner that permits the sale of the extracted minerals at a price in excess of the costs of extraction and/or processing and transportation. How the mining claims may be treated for financial reporting purposes will depend on the proven reserves of each such set of mining claims, costs of extraction and applicable federal and state securities and accounting laws. However, the entire investment will not have a material effect on the overall financial strength of the Company in case the investment therein is lost or not recoverable. Any such venture will not cause us to violate any covenant in any borrowing or investment agreements. It will neither restrict our extensive operations in China nor our expansion and will not have a material effect on the share value of our shareholder’s common stock. While there are high risks involved in pursuing the acquisition and exploitation of mining claims and mining operations, there is also the potential for high rewards. We have sought the advice and counsel of recognized professionals involved in the mining industry to assist us in our evaluation of mining prospects brought to us by brokers and to document and guide us in any mining venture we might become involved with.
