Dropping the price is exactly what happened to American Jewelry many years ago.
They never covered those billions of shares sold short!

U.S. made me poor: I was compelled to Pledge Allegiance to the United States
in public school but feel no loyalty to any government now.
I support only good governments and am faithful to my family, friends, and interests.

Patriotism is the last refuge of a scoundrel.
Boswell tells us that Samuel Johnson made this famous pronouncement that patriotism is the
last refuge of a scoundrel on the evening of April 7, 1775. He doesn't provide any context for
how the remark arose, so we don't really know for sure what was on Johnson's mind at the time.
However, Boswell assures us that Johnson was not indicting patriotism in general,
    only false patriotism.

  • are evidently still bitter about their government's defeat in the Vietnam War
having been proudly loyal to the U.S. imperialist regime throughout that Era.
They brazenly praise Robert McNamara who murdered and maimed millions of people
(including countless innocent civilians) with his ruthless tactics as Secretary of "Defense".
Who were the real American patriots and who the traitors then and now!

Or are they paying to smear Wendy and me to distract JADA-holders
because they're massively short the stock and long on extremely overvalued
domestic equities? What's that message mean for the future of JADA et al.?

You defend U.S. imperialist attacks against Vietnam
and Cuba as a revanchist. Wendy and I traveled to
Cuba through Mexico under police surveillance at
the airport and returned via Canada on a small cargo ship
converted to passenger-use because of the embargo then.
We met Vietnamese patriots working in solidarity with
the Cuban Revolution while their own country was being
occupied by American aggressors. I felt freer in Cuba than
I had ever been in my life and was glad that Cuban patriots
were vigilant against internal enemies of the Revolution.
I'd rather live in Cuba than in the U.S. even today but am
being prevented from immigrating to my preferred domicile
in Hong Kong by your pals in government here and there.

None of this is particularly relevant to JADA-holders except
if they're perceptive enough to see the implied threat you
pose to their own liberation. You commit libel against me
and honest Chinese businesses with impunity now, but
there'll be a Day of Reckoning soon as your collaborators
begin to desert your conspiracy to manipulate stocks.

That's the germane question but not necessarily the correct fact.
JADA-holders should infer the right answer and/or demand an explanation from the perpetrator(s).
Attempting to besmirch my character was clearly intended to intimidate others and paid for by whom?

To be accurate, I was sentenced to 6 months - 15 years for "possession of explosives"
under California's Indeterminate Sentencing laws at that time. It was a plea bargain in
which my comrades were released immediately. I wanted a political trial but copped to
free them. The normal time served for such a sentence was 18 months then,
but I did five years after Wendy was linked to three original surviving S.L.A. members
including heiress Patty Hearst with whom Wendy was later arrested.
I was the chess champion in Soledad Prison among other accomplishments such as
founding the Inmate Committee for Higher Education and the Prisoners' Union there.
I held the second most influential inmate job as Chief Medical Officer's clerk.

How much time should you serve for your financial crimes, banshee?
I think longer than Bernie Madoff!
You're just an ugly, twisted personality that works for mega-thieves like him.

It's a LEGAL offer for information about fraudsters which your criminal cohorts
and you should take seriously. How exactly do they & you get your immunity?
Wendy never testified against anyone, but I've asked Wendy to "rat out" the
Wall Street Rats she knows now.
Your spiteful, stale posts reveal the same desperation as rats fleeing a sinking ship.
You're contemptibly using the names of SLA murder victims from long ago
to distract investor anger at your own swindles today. Drown, Rats, drown!

Your lengthy innuendo doesn't deserve a reply, but readers should know that I, Willie Brandt,
was in prison for anti-Vietnam War acts as a leader of the Revolutionary Army during all of the
events attributed to the S.L.A. I remain quite proud of everything that Wendy Yoshimura and I
did to resist the Vietnam War. Nobody was physically injured by any R.A. acts.
Wendy was never charged with any S.L.A. involvement.

Now I am Acting Chair of Investors Liberation Movement which opposes fraud and manipulation on
Wall Street as well as financially self-destructive practices such as inappropriate share-repurchases
and most dividends. Sunnsailor's venomous vituperation is obviously paid for by my current
adversaries to discredit me in that role. Ponder well the implications for JADA-holders!

Sunnsailor is believed to be one of the myriad aliases used by the notorious hoax-poster

Chinese New Year's Day's date is calculated according to the Chinese lunar calendar,
hence the date is different each year on the Gregorian (internationally used) calendar,
but always in the period January 21 to February 20. In 2015 it's Thursday, February 19.

Officially Chinese New Year is celebrated on Chuyi (初一 /choo-ee/) the very first day of the new year, Chinese New Year's Day, and Chuxi (除夕 /choo-sshee/), the last day of the previous year,
    Chinese New Year's Eve.
Traditionally though celebrations can start much earlier than Chinese New Year's Eve.
Some people start to celebrate from three weeks before. The date is called Laba (腊八 /laa-baa/)
the eighth day of the twelfth Chinese month, while more people celebrate from one week before — the 23rd of the twelfth month.
There are also two different closing dates. Officially it is the day when the one week holiday ends, usually the sixth day of Chinese New Year. Traditionally the ending day is the fifteenth day of the first Chinese calendar month — the Lantern Festival.

Chinese New Year 2015 will be the year of the goat. "Goats" are said to like to be in groups.
They are honest, intimate, and can be easily moved by the misfortune of others...

As you certainly know, 600108.SS isn't HERB's "parent".

Loving dividend income is an ignorant bias fostered by
Wall Street scoundrels. Shareholders must learn to think
like the fractional owners they are.
For CGA, the divident is an especially damaging "reward".
At Sep 30, CGA owed $23 million in short-term loans.
CGA needs its cash flow to grow organically and through acquisitions.
Publicly identify and fire the advisor who suggested a divident!

I did work in retail sales as a youth and know how ambivalent

I have no position in CGA yet but am interested in China's fragmented fertilizer-industry
for its consolidation potential. My family has sizable stakes in two small Chinese
companies in this industry as well as holdings in other agricultural enterprises in China.

You touched on one of several pitfalls in using undervalued CGA shares as
an incentive to top-performing distributors. Is this practice going to become a habit?
Will distributors who don't receive stock-incentives feel slighted?

I continue to rate CGA a STRONG AVOID because of irresponsible dilution.
Allegations of exaggerated financials haven't been refuted by this Conference either.

A large share-buyback at a lower price would be preferable to another divident.
CGA has a very bad Wall Street advisor who should be promptly dismissed!

"at the Conference, Chairman and CEO Tao Li promised to the attendees that
he would personally gift his own wealth of 230,000 shares of the Company's common stock to
a number of selected outstanding distributors to reward their performance, support, and loyalty."
It's a clever promotional idea but has potential pitfalls.
Note that only 80 some distributors attended.
(10-K p.4) As of June 30, 2014, we sold our products through a network of 1,189 regional distributors
covering 27 provinces, 4 autonomous regions, and 3 central government-controlled municipalities.
We do not rely on any single distributor. Our top five distributors accounted for 15.4%
of our fertilizer revenues for the fiscal year of which Sinoagri accounted for 6.9%.
