IMSC makes cash interest payment to DMRJ

    by wheizer Jun 11, 2015 10:38 AM
wheizer wheizer Jun 11, 2015 10:59 AM Flag

What will IMSC use the profits from all these sales for? First to pay interest with cash instead of in shares. Then once DMRJ has their holdings below the 5% mark they will stop selling. Then demand for shares will exceed supply. And then all of us holding onto our shares will be happy.

    Patience is a virtue.

  • Will be the announcement that will move this baby.

And then (hopefully) all this incessant moaning will stop. Although in all likelihood the bashers will nitpick about something else because that is what they do.

Just give IMSC time to work their plan.

That would be a good suggestion for DMRJ! Assuming there are 2 parties involved in selling shares. One party (DMRJ) whose interest should be in line with shareholders which is to make money thru an increase in the share price and second party whose interest may not be in line with all of us investors. Now if DMRJ were to withhold selling any shares for a week where do you think the SP would go?

I can't wait for the day when IMSC has a press release that is something like the following. Where they are ahead of schedule, estimated costs are less and things are looking better. Hopefully within the next 3 months.

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Feb 20, 2014) - McEwen Mining Inc. (MUX) (MUX.TO) is pleased to announce that the expansion of the El Gallo 1 mine in Sinaloa State, Mexico is scheduled to be completed by early April. The expansion is approximately three months ahead of schedule and capital costs are expected to total US$3 million versus the US$5 million originally budgeted. Production is anticipated to grow from 37,500 oz. gold this year to 75,000 oz. gold in 2015. Cash costs are also expected to decrease from US$750 per oz. to US$575 per oz. starting next year.

Funny that this obviously tongue-in-cheek article which appears to support IMSC has received 6 thumbs down.

Don't believe it was me that thought DMRJ was trying to keep price down. To me it appears to be someone else. My reasoning is that DMRJ is more richly rewarded by the price going up. Also appears that the sales are always lower than previous purchase. If DMRJ needed the cash why wouldn't they get the highest price they could. Seems counter-intuitive.

  • • Implant Science Taking Explosive Detection to the Next Quantum Level!!
    Garlic Press Int'l
Friday December 6, 2013 Implant Science Inc. For Immediate Release

Not satisfied with being the "Leading Explosive Detection Company on the Planet", Implant Science is once again raising the bar with a technological leap that is leaving even certified nerds scratching their ballsacks in wonderment.

Implant proudly announces the beta testing and quasi-commercialization of a new breakthrough technology: Nano-Quantum Dark Matter Detection. Employed singly or in tandem, this new cerebellum-befuddling rapid modeling process promises to take the design, engineering and detection of new explosives not only to the "next level" but to "the next dimension".

Implant Science Senior Scientist in Charge of Chimerical-Vapor Research, Schmegal Bosonmeister gingerly explained the new budding technology as follows. "Imagine a process that can detect not only physical 3D objects that the normal drones of society experience with their mundane senses of sight, touch, smell, taste, hearing, and IPhone Apps...but objects which also change with time progression/regression, gravity-wave interaction, anti-matter creation/annihilation, and quantum effects that can only be fully understood by those that truly grasp women. And that means to truly "understand" women, because men or women that literally grasp women are likely to be faced with some type of legal charges that from experience I would recommend against, although time spent doing community service can be quite gratifying", chirped Schmegal.

Bosonmeister believes that the primary demand for the new Dark Matter detection will be from Governmental Agencies, Major Universities, Global Multi-National Corporations, and most importantly Yahoo Message Boards. "Just imagine the possibilities.

kudos to Gothzillaman who posted similar farce on a different MB.

Personally I am not at all feeling let down by IMSC. The manipulators may be controlling the stock price today but they will not be able to for long. Qualification is another step in the right direction. Next step is breaking even from a financial standpoint, then profitability. Let's see where IMSC is a year from now. I have the time and nothing a basher says on this board is going to change my opinion

    Future Revenues Guess

Lot of assumptions there. Don't think the 150 machines per week is valid. IMSC would be doing very well if they produced and sold 30 per week. That would still be $60 Mil annual sales which is more than double the revenue for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2013. I would be very happy with that.
