777 - To my understanding they made slight amount of money under PCM, but due to accounting rules and litigation from 2013 regarding warranty they are required to put the money back to reserve plus also they put additional $2.5 million to reserve to remain in compliance. They are actually growing this business from 7 states in 2013 to 41 states in 2016. The administrative expense will continue to go up as they grow this business and also they have quiet a few one time payment to key employees as part of the contract when they acquired PCM.
