That is why I no longer subscribe to Forbes. That is just one of the kooky articles found there.
Although DTV makes just under 6% while AT&T makes just under 10% I think it will turn out to be a good acquisition because many of the DTV customers who are not now AT&T customers will be offered a combination they can't resist.
So far it has been good for the share price but the old "buy the rumor; sell the news" thing could kick in and cause a short term pull back.
It wouldn't be the first time that T has gone up over a dollar in one day but it is rare. If we get there in a week we will be doing well.
You and your son sound brilliant. No sense in paying for what you don't use. However, please don't teach others to live as you do or it will harm AT&T sales.
Sprint was already losing; now they will lose more. Both AT&T and Verizon will be bidding at the bankruptcy sale. Revenue last year was half as much as 2012 revenue.
Congratulations!!! Most everyone thought T was on the way to $40 when it went above $37. Now some think it will go to $34. I'm with you and buying at these bargain prices.
Don't hold your breath. NIHD is going down fast and I'm sure both Verizon and AT&T will attend the bankruptcy sale.
Sorry for my mistake. The chart I was looking at was just closing prices. However, today is not a 92 million share day and the chart indicates a buying opportunity. I have my order in for $34.40 and it is getting close.
Stop crying and pick some up at $34.40 . AT&T has not been to $37 since May of 2013 but it may soon be there again. Right now the Stochastic is below 16 and the 200 DMA is $34.70. What we have here is a buying opportunity!!!
