In a horizontal industry, proprietary stuff fails if you charge licencing fees for it. Microsoft, Apple, Intel, Sony and everyone else will dump Nvidia and go with the free stuff, making it the industry standard.
Nvidia is doomed with DX12.
performance with DX12. Good luck with Nvidia selling discrete graphics when this becomes obvious to gamers.
make up for it, with AMD coming on strong with Windows 10 and DX12.
This POS is clearly headed to $12.
Nvidia will soon trade at Micron's P/E.
all that's left on this board. Of course amdace will be around forever.
from the google search. I'd love to see all of them.
So he had to sell it.
How about we send all unwanted babies to boob_patrol so he can look after the millions of unwanted babies.
That should keep him from posting garbage on this thread.
are screwed with DX12. Imagine spending $399 and getting a SLOW DX12 card.
Maxwell has to expose the Async compute feature because it is part of the DX12 requirements. So if a driver is DX12 compliant, it HAS to implement the Async compute feature.
Turns out Nvidia graphics is slower than AMD's on DX12 because they do not support multi-threading on their GPU's.
Good luck when gamers are made aware of this. Buy an Nvidia discrete graphics card and you get sub-par performance on Windows 10.
No wonder Nvidia cards do not do well with DX12. They are basically inferior to AMD's in that they do not support multi tasking on the GPU's.
