anti trust is not for a small segment of the market. Intel has 80% of the graphics market. So if consumers want good graphics they go with Intel. If they want to spend $1000 on a graphics card its the consumers choice. GET IT.. Anti trust laws are all about giving consumers choice.
Have no idea why Intel would want to pay $15 billion for this stagnant company with $2B in revenue. Maybe its to please Wall St.
Nvidia and AMD will be a monopoly in discrete graphics. Together they can charge whatever they wish to the crazy essa gamer boys who will pay anything for drooling over 5% performance gains.
Nvidia and AMD operating separately is competition with both cutting prices, and neither making a big profit. A lose lose situation get it?

AMD is fighting too many battles with much bigger competitors for the small company that it is.

the news that AMD just filed for bankruptcy and you have lost all the money you have in AMD.
Especially ARM is doomed in smartphones and tablets because it costs $10 to produce the chip.
the batteries are non replaceable. Which means one has to upgrade every couple of years. Pretty soon people will catch on to these gimmicks and buy cheaper phones. These tricks will backfire on Apple and Samsung.
That's why Samsung made their batteries irreplaceable in the S6.
