    So Grub,

What equipment is to be used to get to 99.999% hydrogen?

Thus far, the funniest Obama joke ever has been his administration itself.
However, this one is giving it a run for its money.

The joke involves two informed citizens, Jim and Bob, having a discourse about our idiot president.
Bob: “Did you hear about the Obama administration scandal?”
Jim: “You mean the Mexican gun running?”
    Bob: “No, the other one.”
Jim: “You mean the State Dept. lying about Benghazi?”
    Bob: “No, the other one.”
Jim: “You mean SEAL Team 6?”
    Bob: “No, the other one.”
    Jim: “You mean voter fraud?”
    Bob: “No, the other one.”
Jim: “You mean the military not getting their votes counted?”
    Bob: “No, the other one.”
Jim: “The NSA monitoring our phone calls, emails and everything else?”
    Bob: “No, the other one.”
Jim: “You mean the of drones in our own country without the benefit of the law?”
    Bob: “No, the other one.”
Jim: “Giving 123 Technologies $300 million right after it declared bankruptcy and was sold to the Chinese?”
    Bob: “No, the other one.”
Jim: “You mean the president arming the Muslim Brotherhood?”
    Bob: “No the other one:.
    Jim: “The IRS targeting conservatives?”
    Bob: “No, the other one.”
Jim: “The DOJ spying on the press?”
    Bob: “No, the other one.”
Jim: “Sebelius shaking down health insurance executives?”
    Bob: “No, the other one.”
Jim: “Giving SOLYNDRA $500 MILLION DOLLARS and 3 months later they declared bankruptcy and then the Chinese bought it?”
    Bob: “No, the other one.”
Jim: “The NSA monitoring our phone calls, emails, and everything else?”
    Bob: “No, the other one.”
Jim: “The president’s ordering the release of nearly 10,000 illegal immigrants from jails and prisons, and falsely blaming the sequester?”
    Bob: “No, the other one.”
Jim: “The president’s threat to impose gun control by executive order in order to bypass Congress?”
    Bob: “No, the other one.”
Jim: “The president’s repeated violation of the law requiring him to submit a budget no later than the first Monday in February?”

    Meat eaters destroying us

Well Redster, maybe I finally agree with you. Yes the climate is a changing, it's getting colder. Those shovel ready jobs barry promised are now available in Buffalo, NY. And Redster, I am doing my job, I am eating all the cows I can. ( I would have said fattened steers, but you wouldn't have known what I was talking about.)

Now Karsten, driving a F-cell car would REALLY be wasting energy. I love when you agree with me. As to it's being a fantastic car, it is far to small to be that. Make an S class a F-cell and let's talk, but no Minnie mees for me.

As an aside drove a Tesla for the first time on Thanksgiving day. My soon to be brother in law has one with about 35K on it. It is a great car, fast, quiet, excellent interior, uncluttered dash as everything is controlled through the touch screen, and easily done so (take notes BMW and others) handles like a dream, in short I loved it sans one item. The design didn't allow for large doors, hence access and egress was literally a pain. The only fault I found. For a small person, perfect.

And going back to my post to Stevo, I did make a mistake. 3 liberals think things are complex, none understand them. They just talk about them. The media claims when liberal politicians screw up and do double talk, they are nuanced. But of course they always claim things are too complex for conservatives to understand. Only because we cannot respond to their stupid nonsensical propositions in an easy manner. Remember, quote get votes. Lengthy explanations do not. Barry got one thing right, liberals are stupid and would support barrycare.

Geez Stevo, hope you didn't pay too much for your "expert" advice. Remember, I once was a director of marketing for an aerospace company, and our market was largely commercial. We paid attention. But everyone is glad you realize things are complex. You join a select group of two liberals who realize that. As I said in my previous post, watch aircraft sales. The A380 has sold less than 200 while the 737, 757, A320, 787 and A350 are selling thousands EACH.

In the meantime I am going for a drive in the new Benz to burn some gasoline. Redster tells us that since energy is cheap it can be wasted.

  • william_tarasen william_tarasen Nov 29, 2014 2:05 AM Flag

I guess Stevo could be right and some airline I never heard of could be also. But all the majors prodded by Southwest are going point to point, witness the success of point to point aircraft sales (737, A300, 787, A350, etc.)

    Graphene as catalyst

    by kristiansen_karsten Nov 27, 2014 4:41 PM

Well first off your NEA liberal education is showing again. Reread what you posted. Positively charged hydrogen atoms or protons pass through graphene. Hydrogen exists in the air as diatomic uncharged molecules. So think for a moment about a few inconvenient facts. The concentration of hydrogen is very low, well less than 1%. And you are going to have to ionize ALL the air to extract the hydrogen ions. Just how much energy is that going to take. And finally, look up the price of graphene.

    Clean coal economics don't work

Love Redster, he will reprint anything his bosses tell him to. Just who are they? Media matters? The DNC? Well, it doesn't matter, The repeats are the same and the matters are simple misstated. Please Redster, just what is "clean coal"? Now exuding any noxious or poisonous fumes or as your article assumes, no CO2?

Just another typical liberal. Moving the definitions to restrict.

Great article on AE costs US/Ger/UK

Dear BFD, You wrote: "How can it be a great article on AE costs when it is so one sided and devoid of pertinent facts?" Now you have me confused. Are we talking about AE or barrycare here? And Redster, have you no shame. Your people have knowing lied every step of the way on the AFCA, and are still lying by inflating actual enrollment numbers. Just like the climatologists lied to "adjust" their numbers. And Redster, you believe that great scientist little al.

    Geez.

The gentleman was spot on. You take away the subsidies and government mandates and the market shrinks over 90%.

Don't you love being called stupid by your own liberal operatives? Yup, Gruber has stated that the barry admin purposefully lied to pass barry care. And you sucked it up. Hook line and sinker. What a fool, now we all have to live with your foolishness.

Come on Redster, it is sooooo obvious you never learned history, economics, accounting and a host of other subjects. Just what did you learn other than to cut and paste? You talked about subsidies for oil. Just what does that mean? Do you know? Well let me tell you in bastar**zed liberal speak. Liberals passed tax laws (remember over 99% of tax law on the books were passed by liberals) which mandated capitalization of construction costs, even if funded through employees of the company. (If you don't know what those big words mean, look them up.) But, liberals also deemed it extraordinary to require a 30 year amortization of capitalization for a project that may produce oil for only a few years, so they wrote an accelerated depreciation schedule for oil companies. So let's say this in English that even an NEA grad might grasp. They, the oil companies, are allowed to write off direct drilling costs in an accelerated manner. Which of course the oil company hating liberals deemed and labeled a subsidy. Of course it was their law they wrote and passed. I'm not saying it's right or wrong, but then I'm not for capitalizing internal expenditures in any event. They aught to be promoted not penalized. But the difference dear NEA grad is that it costs the government nothing in the long run. Unlike subsidies which grant a tax credit for doing certain actions under status quo the government would not be made whole. The company will write off costs as any business is allowed to do eventually. (OK, liberals have changed that too, just try overpaying your CEO. Liberals think they know how much you should pay your CEO's too.)

Well Stevo, seems your claims are losing water very quickly. Reports of votes being given to the wrong candidate in multiple locations. A lawsuit filed in MD re: 40,000 people who voted but claimed they were not citizens on their jury duty forms. These are simply 40,000 liberals who broke the law, one way or the other. And numerous among them are ones who are also registered in VA. Wow Stevo, we know by now liberals can't win legally, but why in all but one case it is the liberals who break the voting laws? And like turn around and claim there is no fraud. 3000 ex cons illegally voted in the last Senate race in MN giving fat**s Franken a 300 vote margin of victory.

    Bill
