Friday is the day. We find out that there is a buyer interested.
Pat me on the back. Thank me later. What else could it be. They could have authorized 10 mil shares but a 100 mil @ $5 dollars share price ? Even if they did it would be because of very good news. No good out look news and your going to issue more share while still having 35 mil in cash ? It will be very funny when we are laughing all the way to the bank. They are going to try to be a stand a lone company and not be taken over for a cheap price.

  • they just authorized 100 mil more ? They want to defend a take over. They have a great product coming and want to defend it. They can demand a higher share price if an event takes place.

  • Why would the Lpcn register 100 million shares ? They have enough cash to make it to selling the product.
Reason 1 The product is really good and the future bright so they feel someone could try to buy them out. By registering the 100 million shares they can defend a takeover. Reason 2 The product is really good and the future is really bright so they will need cash to expand and cover the product market before others enter.

This is all good see you at the golf course.

yes yes yes you are correct. This stock is being raided as evidence you can look at the last hour of trading.
look at the share price being traded in the early hours up up up.
This stock is being raider as evidence you can look at the price per share prior to the news Sept 17, 2014 and prior the stock was trading in the 8 to 10 dollar range. There is something very weird funny going on. Some one is trying to shake the loose investors out.
This is a $20.00 dollars stock at this point with future sales of LPCN 1021 to being mid 2015.

  • The announcement of LPCN 1021to be sold in mid 2015. This means increased cash flow, lower burn rate, promised growth rate, more increased analyst interest, possible upgrade, forecasting of future sales, budgets, future press releases of the above. IPCN has met there goals faster than expected so far. This new information will attract larger investment firms, the big pharmaceutical firms, and added retail investors.

I think by year end or early 2015 LPCN will be $21.00 plus which only is a 300 million dollar company. Based on growth rates, valuation of similar companies that are selling t, and projected sales this company one day will be worth over 1 bil reflecting a share price in the $70.00 dollar range.

When the FDA approves LPCN 1021 for sales, it is only the beginning. All similar products using the same delivery system will follow. I can really see a large pharmaceutical swooping in at this point also.

So over all I can see future press positive releases, future positive budgeting forecasts, increased positive analyst interest, increased interest from large investment firms and retail investors.

    see you at $21.00
