yeah, when they cut their divi, the stock will plummet..as they always do..looking for $3 ..maybe even lower look at what happened to GST-pa..it got decimated.
Vladdy, there are 100's of stories about DNR and they all mean nothing..the only thing that matters is for DNR to fight itself back to the $1.51 line of defense, until then all the talk and wasted ink mean nothing...writers write, talkers talk but it is all noise when it is about DNR because DNR is a giant loser and is still lost in the fog of battle...DNR's sp has to get back to $1.51 before it can get any respect.
to bring up the oil missed by the first timers..that's like closing the barn door after the horse ran away...no wonder DNR's sp has fallen from $25 to $1...the business is a joke, especially when the Saudis get oil out of the ground for pennies a barrel..where the Saudis get there oil it just oozes out of the ground..one can scoop it up in buckets..no hard work when nature gives you a big gift.
buying of ships may be very bad for future of co...time will tell.
and information are correct..BAA should be making money and that will cause the sp to rocket.
OK, OK, Kelly, you say they have made such great deals then please explain why they have lost over $12 a share...if their deals were that good they would be making money, not losing money
of a small company losing so much..how is that possible...maybe i'm reading that wrong. Gee Whiz, I thought only stupid people lost money, especially that amount...something must be wrong with DNR..it is really scary to say the least.
Vladdy, what you do not understand is that things change..what may have been a good idea a year ago could very well be a bad idea at this time because the price of your product has decline about 75% from what it was, to what it is now...when oil was $100 a barrel your idea of buy up old used oil fields and use CO2 to get more oil out of them was a good idea but now that oil has declined to $25 a barrel, it is a bad idea. When things change one either changes or gets left behind in the field of poverty....I'm so sorry that you lost most of your wealth in a very bad investment...regardless of how good your idea was Mr. Market has said otherwise and that is why DNR's sp fell from $25 to $1 a share..Vladdy, stop being foolish and wake up and face reality, you are living in a dream that has ended long ago and has now become a nightmare.
Kelly, Bottom line, a loss is a loss and that is why the market has punished the sp. It does not matter if the market is right or wrong all that matters is if one's assets increase or decrease..anyone holding DNR for a year or more has seen his DNR holding decrease in sp..that is very, very bad..how anyone could read anything good in it is a mystery to me.
able to withstand a long period of low crude prices, largely because their production cost we so low-at only about $4 to $5 a barrel.
SA can produce oil for $4 a barrel...oil is not coming back, so you lose
Folks, Pay attention to what Mr. Naimi said...who can compete with SA and the other Gulf oil producers when they can produce oil for $4 to $5 a barrel?..They said they will keep on pumping until they drive the competition out of business...not very nice people.
CDog, you should have listened to me and sold some last year to get the tax write off and then waited 60 days to buy again to avoid the wash sale rule..I sold some on Nov 4, 2015 and now I'm ready to buy some again if I see a bit of improvement..they always talk about new drill holes but I want to see some positive earnings like the way CLGRF and RIC and KLDX have.
SA and the gulf states produce the oil for $4 to $5 a barrel!...DNR can't even get close..DNR looks like a goner to me.,...bye, bye Blackbird..tweet tweet.
because it is on a chain that is linked to a stake in a field..and that field is called the field of despair...all hope is lost in the field of despair..DNR is going nowhere while it is in the field of despair.
No oil needed from used and worn out oil fields ..SA said they can produce a barrel of oil for only $5..just goes to show you how they were ripping us off..no wonder they got so rich, so fast...SA has really been blessed with cheap oil fields..that is more than I can say about the US...DNR is a good example of a good idea gone bad...its long time investors have been decimated and are now yelling and screaming for relief.,..SOS, SOS..where are the lifeboats?
in the morning..people do not like stocks that lose money..and such a big, big loss..what a terrible ER
do not see a turn around they just keep going downhill.
and they need someone to help them to the breakfast table so they can clear their heads with 5 cups of strong coffee. The fact is that DNR will get no respect until it gets back to the $1.51 defense line...until then it is all just penny hopping and penny dropping nonsense...too bad the air head longs do not have enough brains to get on winning stocks
