Honesdale, Pa is 30 miles from Monticello, NY and it looks like Honesdale is about 10 miles from the Delaware River so I would say that Monticello is only about 20 miles from the Pa state line.
hey bugle boy, Scranton, Pa is only 75 miles away so it is probably within 30 miles of the state line..you are correct about the construction jobs paying good union wages, I was talking about the casino jobs, not the building of the casino..get a clue before you mouth off..learn to read and comprehend..you sound like a stupid, loud mouth punk to me
Monticello is probably a terrible place where no one wants to travel to..too far out in the sticks and people are afraid if they break down they will be robbed or killed by a black bear.
they better hope a friendly fish finds them and not a mean ole shark.
better find a better investment...maybe a good REIT like NYMT would do you better.
I wish they would sell the place to someone with deeper pockets but at least they are still making a profit.
Ha, ha, ha, low of the day is $1..just like I said; drifting lower and lower as each day passes.
it will be built near Monticello..not far from the Pennsy border..Sullivan county NY is a very poor place and needs the cash the casino will generate. Half the people of Sullivan county are unemployed or employed at very low paying jobs..but really, casino jobs, for the most part, do not pay very well but little is better than nothing
yep, just like I said ..tomorrow sub dollar...if the management silence continues, the slide will continue...see you at a lower sp
worthless words believed by a lot of worthless people.
what a rout...going lower after this dead cat bounce...don't look good and very scary..just wait until those solar cells charge up those electric car batteries..you can then say goodbye to the high price of transportation..don't forget the solar cells can be used to charge car, motor cycle and motor scooter batteries.
working out just the way I said it would, down, day after day, low volume and little interest in the stock..sub-dollar right around the corner...cheers.
see,see just like I said yesterday..soon sub-dollar
look at the POO in the AH's
You are correct but a lot of people do live in houses and have a driveway or garage..it is just a matter of getting the cost of electric cars down and increasing the battery mileage which will happen but not overnight but in about 5 to 7 years out...we will always need oil but probably not as much.
Cleveland, you mean to tell me that people still live in Cleveland..I thought everybody moved out of there years ago.
that means it is a good time to buy a little..always buy low..good opportunity but just edge in.
