I own Weight Watchers, which is the only other green stock I own. Yamana Gold, on my watch list, is in the green too. One rare miner in the green today.
The interesting thing about TC is that they're in much, much better shape than two years ago when they were at the same price. It doesn't mean anything but just an interesting fact about stocks: the share price is really just a matter of perspective and can be very subjective. Emotions and speculation turn mid term investing into a game.
Well, after being "gone" for more than a year when I sold TC @ above $4 in 2012 I think, I'm back for more action! Bought 5,000 @ 2.77. Hopefully it will hold above 2.70 until August 5th!
I don't know but I'm already up 5% on my purchase at 19.45, and now I'm getting ready for the jump after hours. Funny how the stock has been rising since you started spamming the forum. Keep on the good work!
I am far from being a day trader, I just check for sudden opportunities when I can. But all the cash I had available two weeks ago went into Weight Watchers, so now I'm out of dry powder. MCP is still very risky but I went with the odds. Under $3, it won't take much positive news to push the stock higher. In the short term I'm more interested in their ramp up and debottlenecking progress. That's the big information I'm waiting for, early August...
I bought and sold about 3K shares two weeks ago for a quick 30% but I missed this 20%+ run since yesterday. Ah well, can't win them all. I'm still holding to my core position @ 2.75. Let's see in two years!
There's nothing you can do about it. Many tried with Muddy Waters, Citron and the likes. You can't sue someone or an entity for formulating an opinion, even though it's obviously for manipulative purpose.
Due to recent trade agreements in the past few years, black and green tea are available pretty much everywhere. This is one of the biggest threat to Weight Watchers. It is proven that drinking lot of tea can prevent obesity. Also, boiling water makes you sweat, which also leads to weight loss. When you're finished, you need to clean that cup of tea and it's no easy task. The total calories burnt in the whole process of drinking tea is exponential. Weight Watchers is going down!
... and Ackman will be laughing all the way to the bank. You think he "failed" this presentation? Longs just gave him a chance to short from a much higher price.
So let me get this straight. I said that you must be Chinese because you write so badly ("weight lose" should be "weight loss") and you are proudly saying that no, you are really a smart investor who knows what he's doing. At least if you pretended you were Chinese you'd have an excuse to write like a five years old...
Yeah but I'm more afraid of something called "orange juice" because it's healthy, contains no fat and is easy to get. Gardens require a bit of work, but this device called "orange juice" just requires a few dollars!
Ah come on stop with your lies and misinformation, they're complete rubbish. Frozen diet dinners have been selling for ages, way before you were mistakenly born.
Weight lose? Those edge funds sure don't hire English speakers to do forum bashing. I guess hiring Chinese is cheaper.
These meals existed way before the internet, and yet Weight Watchers was making huge profits. If you're so desperate to bash Weight Watchers with dozens of negative messages every day, at least try to find arguments that make sense!
