CAFC has no clue in regards how technology especially new technology can work in the market place. When you hear expert witnesses give there opinions, these panel of judges are short sighted. Giving Apple any room to use the legal system is just unlawful. They will do everything possible to put a spin-doctor process on any decision. They should be accountable but when even the legal system does not put this to a decision it very sickening.

  • wineguy_red wineguy_red Jun 27, 2015 5:33 PM Flag

If any legal action is put into play against Nate. I would not be surprised if, Herb GreenBerg's name come up as a support responsible for the IPR filings. Has any IPR been brought to legal before. Please leave some links as proof, very curious that attorneys can crash any firm with this IPR stuff. It makes me sick to my stomach that these vultures can use the system and get away with it.

Sure Cisco got away with a complete snafu from the lawyer who was called to the bench several times in that court room. Please provide the complete truth if you think about these blanket statements your making. Really!! Some of us believe in the court system to a point, but making your blanket statement with no regard that a jury trial in binding and you completely disregard the judges statements at the higher level. It comes down to PRICING. Remember how much Apple HAS TO PAY. This needs to be cleared up. I recall that APPLE stated in court that they thought .50% was a more reasonable Royality Rate than what the judge gave at .98%. Your statements are really a skewed terp. Read your notes better!

Yes, indirectly I have had to set in offices that are closely related to companies like VHC. You may have missed my point, Stealing technology is not a pure way of doing business. Look at China, recently several thousands of government employees have been fired from their position for freud, even China's new head sees the problem. The US could use a little in the main stream of legal, government and commercial circles. Be a critic all you want but the bottom line is companies like Apple had stole technology all along but in this case they got caught and now have to pay. I guess in your opinion they might have to pay something.

  • wineguy_red wineguy_red Jun 22, 2015 7:29 PM Flag

I am sure if the Feds would have ruled in favor of VHC you would be sounding some other horn. I can't believe you would support STEALING as a way of business. Surely you have an ounce of integrity. Something to think about!

terp, there is nothing brilliant about Farmwald. I won't call him DR. either he is too far out there. I think is paid by someone to make the statements he does regarding VHC. I am very disappointed at our current Government is regards to security. The 2009 Cyber Act was put to the Senate that had the chance to approve it and end this network security issues. It's all about money, wall street and all the other media streams that are worried that the only good stories are tragedy one's. If companies like VHC did get some exposure to the world then it would be a different story today. Apple and companies like apple are profiting from government lobbyist. We live in a world of profiteering connections. If this situation did not exist then problems with internet would be very much in control. It's a sad story to only read about APPLE and how great they are. Yes, Their Great…..Great Big Liars!

I would hopefully see something resolving in the courts this year, regarding Apple.

Sounds like you have the solution to the problem. Since you know how to bash KL you must be able to show him how to snag deals. So go ahead terp516 sign up for that new position of Sales and make the deals happen. At least learn how to make deals happen. any IDIOT can put down a company.

HMMmm! I'll put it to you in another way. Did the Judges lie to us?? Did a Judge who stepped down in a Federal Court lie to us? Anybody who has been doing business with the big boys knows that all things take time. Apple is taking their time, knowing that they will have to come to some conclusion. They will not get away from the Court's decision to take case back to the Civic Court. When things go to trail, Are the juries lying to us? Why does it take so long. So I personally don't think that nobody is lying at VHC. However, they are in a slow mode action to conclude the Apple case. So if the Federal courts want to change pricing only then so be it. Apple has attempted to pull all the stops. If there is a conclusion at lower court and they do the same thing using the Federal Court, I think the Fed's will put a stop to this rotation. They would be really viewed by the system as a bad form to policy.

Timing, I like all your info but I never see a link or how you got your information. Please offer this or otherwise this board is full of the same thing, empty promises with no trail. It does not matter which side of the fence you and/or others are on regarding this stock. It just makes thing very hard to believe when you read statements like this above. Yes, I would love to be apart of a class Action lawsuit against someone responsible for crushing this stock. However, anyone who has been through this process knows that Class Action lawsuits results are this:Courts make money, Lawyers make money but the shareholders are told to be thankful for whatever crumbs they get after the huge expenses are paid to the court system and lawyers. It's not fair to the shareholders but THAT'S THE LAW.

I find NOTHING FUNNY regarding Apple vs VHC. Apple has only become popular off the backs of others who have done all the work. Borrowed Technology has got to stop. When the system only supports those who cheat, lie and steal to get ahead, is a means to a DEAD-END.

We all would like to believe that fact. Now, please point to the link and/or article that you read. Please!

While your adding the manure of naysaying #$%$, don't forget to include the mud sling garbage that APPLE pulling from the Feds who really overstep their authority. The Patient Court gave APPLE(POS) enough time to do the right thing. APPLE does the typical Steve Jobs syndrome, #$%$ on everything it touches because they are so powerful. But include the MSFT payoff because they know the right way to build an Enterprise for business using the VHC security feature. The new guy at MSFT will be a huge leader because he has three steps in front of APPLE. APPLE has a large EGO and thinks they are invincible, they are not. They only have a over priced market that is being challenged by Samsung and other who will eventually win, because they are cheaper. Everybody is excited about the watch. It can not hold a charge for more than 8 hours. It appears to be a shipman's watch. IE, 8hours on 8 hours off, that's it. Yea, Apple is really doing a huge R&D, NOT. Their attorney are only doing the watching of the company, using the system. They soon will run out of material. They should realize the need for this security feature and embrace it's usefulness. Say blanket statements that they concern about their customer's data. Wait til they get breached.

Well, one year later there are a few things that are not being said, i.e. new customers, new DNS and how is construction to house the servers that will be maintaining potential new customers. Why haven't we open up in Europe and the rest of the world. It appears that they could use our technology?? Looking forward to these answers.

Nice to hear that other people have common ground. I just wished that the political process, including the senate would openly look at this company. The MEDIA, Herb Greenburg, Jim Cramer and other Senate Sub-committees have does nothing but isolate this little company from the mainstream. Oh Hey, CAFC did their best to chest, lie and steal opportunity from this company too. That is why the government has NO BUSINESS is regulating pricing in regards to Royalty Rates. Calling a bunch of scientist Trolls because they want to protect their life career. Talk about government killing innovation at best.

Hey SULTAN, you and all your other garbage talkers are just that FULL of garbage. You're either a paid basher that think you can spew nonsense about trials. Any good qualified attorney knows that the jury got confused with the termination that was used by Cisco's attorney. He was called to the bench more than 20 times. Maybe you should attend these trail before you make statements like yours about. Talk about getting it wrong. At least have the total facts down. Going on IGNORE!!!

OH please enlighten us on WHY MSFT will have nothing to do with VHC. Be very explicate about the technology meanings too. Just very curious why MSFT would pay $23 million to VHC to settle the SKIPE ordeal but APPLE will play every dirty trick to drag this thing through the court system. Is MSFT cleaner than APPLE? Or is there some possibility that they know the VPN will be needed to security a totally secure network. PLEASE EXPLAIN to ALL. not just me but to ALL of this board. A brier statement will be viewed as another drain on bashing.

count your blessings. I just go nuts with the bashers(Idiots)on VHC message board. They have ruined a great thing. There were so many intelligent people before the APPLE case just through everything into the toilet. This stock has promise. I am hoping that the volume does increase and hit it's target mark.
