Enlighten me Unit, how do you know how "this" is going to end ?
And there are plenty of other things that I would rather do than heckle you.

I have the means to see this through to the end, whenever that might be, and no one, including you, has the right to question that whatsoever. I feel sorry for you Unit, you write like you're a miserable, cowardly old man. Enjoy the scotch, you need it.

Stop your whining Unit. If you don't have the guts to see this through to the end, then get out.

Unit, you obviously feel the need to use this message board as your platform to continually thrown MB under the bus and blame him entirely for your investment decisions instead of selling your shares (if you even have any), putting an end to your misery and moving on.

    Gilford Securities

Bovie has 2 faces, and a lot of time and effort has been put into making Bovie look real ugly. Too much time and effort. Yet, when I've listened to Gershon pitch Bovie, he paints a far prettier picture of Bovie. It is also probable there are a few good men at Bovie that have integrity and take their fiduciary duties seriously. You wouldn't have the ability to comprehend integrity Bike. You don't have any.

ORDER INSTITUTING ADMINISTRATIVE AND CEASE-AND-DESIST PROCEEDINGS, PURSUANT TO SECTION 8A OF THE SECURITIES ACT OF 1933 AND SECTIONS 15(b) AND 21C OF THE SECURITIES EXCHANGE ACT OF 1934, MAKING FINDINGS, AND IMPOSING REMEDIAL SANCTIONS AND A CEASE-AND-DESIST ORDER AS TO GILFORD SECURITIES, INCORPORATED, RALPH WORTHINGTON, IV, DAVID S. KAPLAN, AND RICHARD W. GRANAHAN.

    1. The matter involves the failure to supervise M.S. Gregg Berger (“Berger”), a former registered representative engaged in unregistered distributions of securities in connection with international pump-and-dump schemes, by his employer, Gilford Securities, Inc., (“Gilford”), and Worthington, Gilford’s Chief Executive Officer and the trading desk supervisor, and Kaplan, Berger’s supervisor and the sales manager of Gilford’s New York office. On February 1, 2011, the Commission filed a civil injunctive action against Berger, alleging that Berger, along with ten other individuals and entities, engaged in schemes to pump and dump the securities of at least eight U.S. microcap stocks of issuers, primarily headquartered in the People’s Republic of China, Israel and Canada, and facilitated unregistered sales of millions of shares of these issuers’ stocks that generated proceeds in excess of $33 million.

Gilford Securities, Inc. is incorporated in New York and headquartered in New York City. It has been registered as a broker-dealer with the Commission since 1979 when it was formed by Worthington. During the relevant period, Gilford employed approximately 113 registered representatives, and had branch offices in New York, New Jersey, California, and Texas.

During the relevant period, Kaplan was Berger’s supervisor and has been the sales manager of the New York office, a board member, and a 10 to 14 percent owner of Gilford. He holds Series 7, 8, 24, 55, 63, and 101
    securities licenses.

Gilford Securities assigned BVX shares to Mr. Kaplan in April 2015.

"I found it odd that someone would continue to make predictions that never came true." Still think it's odd.

" M. Bolser's timing has been wrong, and to be frank, it is naive to think he could ever predict that." Still think it's naive.

I do my own due diligence as should any shareholder. Some of what MB wrote has happened. The Medtronic/Covidien marriage for example. So perhaps only his timing is off Mr. Unit.

Unit, I guess you shouldn't "para-phrase" what I say. I don't thnk Mike Bolser had ill intentions. Bike has ill intentions. I don't know who you are or who Bike is. and I don't think Bike has been correct about anything. He has a perspective, and maybe that perspective is from Gilford Securities.

Unit, you are confusing me with someone else regarding comments made about Mike Bolser.

It isn't difficult to differentiate between the truth and a lie. Bike twists truth and lies, and that's his job, and you're here to back him up.

Unit, you haven't been paying attention. Bike picks on me. I cannot comment on Mike Bolser's intentions. I expect, like any other shareholder or insider, there will be a happy ending. I don't believe Bike BS. If you do, that is your prerogative.

The 2010 Private Placement and Renn Capital were both behind the short. Gilford Securities and Renn enabled a third party to buy in at $2.50, at the expense of everyone but insiders. They are not stand-up guys,

What's is like to sell your soul to the devil Bike?? If your personality is any indication, it must be a living hell. Your behavior here might be personally satisfying, but is shows me you have no integrity, and have no ability to differentiate between the truth and a lie.

No need to hide Bike, we know you're the paid shill.

Just to recap...Craig Hallum's research report states:

"J-Plasma is often used in conjunction with Intuitive Surgical’s DaVinci robot and is very compatible with this tool via the “assist port.”

"We believe J-Plasma will revolutionize the electrosurgery market In GYN and dermatology."

"If we are correct that the product threatens the existing standard of care (CO2 and dermal filler), the penetration rate would likely be significantly higher and the company very likely would be acquired by a larger medical device company."

For five years you have been posting despair-filled, fictitious nonsense aimed at deceiving anyone who reads this MB yet you don't own a single share. You have no skin in the game but you spend a great deal of time twisting and manipulating facts.. Which PR firm do you work for Bike?

Craig Hallum's research report also stated "We believe J-Plasma will revolutionize the electrosurgery
market In GYN and dermatology..."if we are correct that the product threatens the existing standard of care (CO2 and dermal filler), the penetration rate would likely be significantly higher and the company very likely would be acquired by a larger medical device company.

Why doesn't Bovie Medical want the public to know they are working with large multi-national medical device companies?
