Then again, there is lot to be said about a good night's sleep. :)
Enjoy your rest tonight Peter. Happy trading!
I continue to add and will not be convinced to sell stock in a company with a promising future by scare tactics of bias "authors" concealing or misrepresenting the truth.
$8+ or under $2 very soon.
Good luck all,
Probably good to get rid of Yahoo boards. Just a waste of time and easy to get hooked on the drama and lack of knowledge sharing.
Are you short now? You said you were not as of opening bell today. :) Figure if you are calling people who never did anything to you idiots, you have to be Short or just a horrible human being.
As I just added $2.50. :) greed is good? Hold the line and stay away from margin trading. The traders losing money are betting with margins and having to cover. The shorts are slowly covering and hedge funds are adding while margins are killing the little guys. (Check out JMEI @ $5.35) GL.
Thanks for sharing.
Agreed. Just tired of hearing SUNE penalty. Only penalty they (management) should get is for being extremely incompetent.
The deal has been reworked since then Shortster and that reduced Vivint's penalty and allowed another buyer chance to bid higher. Sunedison has Never had a penalty clause. GL buddy
On August 25, 2015, a putative class action lawsuit captioned Williams v. Vivint Solar, Inc., et al., Docket No. 150401309 was filed in the District Court of the State of Utah, Fourth Judicial District, Utah County, Provo.
Docket number in Chancery Court of Wilmington, Delaware
Appaloosa Investment Limited Partnership I et al. v. SunEdison, Inc. et al., Case No. 11898
Drop your buy to $2.47ish. Another amazing day in the Caribbean brought to me by Sunedison...my second worse investment to date. Gordon just keeps screwing the future.
Posting for all the new longs and shorts. Easy to find the filing on Sun Edison site:
"The new agreement leaves a back door open to cancel the deal. SunEdison no longer has to complete the merger by the end of January 2016, and it allows Vivint Solar to solicit and negotiate with other buyers until the company's stockholders approve the merger. Vivint Solar's penalty for exiting the deal has also been lowered from $62 million to $34 million."
