Isn't the writing on the wall. When they start charging resort fees for a comp'ed room it is just a clear indicator that they are not making enough money off the gaming side of the business to remain solvent. Once again, the people like me warned them about turning Vegas into a Party Capital instead of sticking to the basics of gaming. Now the players like me are turned off and will not return so they have to rely on the college kid with 40 bucks in his wallet to turn a profit. yeah, good luck with that dummies.
If you were smart and dumped this dog after seeing their stupid idea to close the Harrah's Grand in Tunica like the rest of us, you wouldn't be asking this stupid question.
I used to comp'ed for just about everthing in Vegas. When you played you were promptly served drinks. My last visit, was my LAST. My room was comp'ed at 1/2 price - no reason. I paid for every meal. The drink service at the roulette table was non-existant. Beers were $6.50 a piece? Show prices through the roof. 2/3 of the people walking around gawking and partying instead of playing. Crowded. Rude dealers. Horrible drink service at the machines. I am done with Vegas. I will go squander my money in a small local casino I can drive to and be comp'ed for everything, plus feel appreciated by it's employees. Vegas is no where near the great times it was back in the 80's & 90's. I will never return and I discourage most people who have not been there from going. I am still trying to understand why the business model changed from gambling to just partying and stupidity.
I don't believe them. I am buying buying buying.....
He is probably one of the same idiots who has been bashing this stock over the last 10 years and I say let them bash it because the more they bash the higher it goes. They are not even worth paying attention to any more.
You didn't even need to bring up the "Christmas quarter" thing. You could have just stopped at "hopeless" and left it at that. I'm still trying to figure out how they are trading at over 20 bucks a share. Makes no sense.
I basically let my Sirius subscription expire because of those morons who I listened to every day on my way home from work. They should be banned from broadcasting.
went right to Sears to purchase a barf bucket because there was a huge sale on them, the pimple faced kid told me they actually only had 3 stock although the ad took up half a newspaper page. I puked on the floor and left.
Stopped in the local branch last weekend. Same old dumpy store. Same old dumpy employees. Same old stangant selection of shoes and men's clothing. Nothing new to see here. Can't possibly see this company turning things around.
Better yet. Skip Vegas altogether and just go one of your local casinos is you want to gamble. Probably get comp'ed better, get better drink service and save a ton of money.
That guy is a total tool who isn't even worth taking to time type something about. He has changed his name 100 times and spewed nothing but stupidity about this stock for years now and as he keep running his stupid mouth the company continues to make stock holders money. The guy is an idiot. My guess is he was probably a pharmacy tech or just a stock boy who got fired.
