Europe has been "in the crapper" for a while now...this is not really news. and Vasco has shown sustained revenue growth despite it over the last 3 quarters, which they'll continue to do in my opinion. KH did a good job sand-bagging a year ago.
RSA (when acquired by EMC): ~8.6x
who's the outlier ?
i understand the present slide to be a technical correction, in line with the broader market.
however with projected revenue CAGR of 14% in the industry through 2019 and 3.4x seems to be REALLY light, at least in comparison to the others
unless there is an announcement, i don't think so. that would be a huge move to the downside. there has been a lot of support right around 18
i think one of the concerns right now is the weakness in Europe - while still their biggest revenue area, i think they've done a good job diversifying away from there.
so, i optimistically believe you are wrong!
hey man, i'm just repeating what they have on file with the SEC. their business has been traditionally concentrated in EMEA. while there is obviously market potential in the U.S., vasco has not made any significant gains here to date.
not quite. in the quarter ending june 30th 5% of vasco's revenue came from the U.S., likewise for the last 6 months ending june 30th.
on the bright side they did diversify their business away from EMEA and into Asia Pacific. (up to 23% from 16% for 6 months ending june 30th)
bought 4,000 shares yesterday at 18.5. bought 2,000 more this AM at 19.43
sold 6,000 in batches between 19.75 and 19.9
bought 2,000 cree at 34.16, sold at 33.68
bought 6,000 bbry at 9.64, sold at 9.61
bought 3,800 vdsi at 20.56
so while my gain on the day should be just under $8k, i'm at $2800.
