These words come to mind when I think of Rubicon's management. Some of this has already been proven...some may never be -- but I believe Rubicon's venture has so far been one of the greatest and most successful ripoffs of the century, easily riviling that of Bernie Madoff. To whom did Rod McEwen sell his 46M shares a few years ago and where are those shares now? These shares weren't sold on the open market and nobody has ever accounted for them. I believe those shares are still to this day being used to keep the share price down and to discourage smaller shareholders. I'm not a basher. I actually own shares of RBY and am hanging on because, at some point, I think the gold is there -- less what management might have moved secretely, ingot by ingot, to private vaults. As you might suspect, I don't much trust this company or its senior staff. I do, however, still believe in its assets. JMO as always :)
You can't fault Jim Sinclair or Pio for criminality in the markets. The amount of gold and silver on this planet are finite and diminishing. Math is science, not theory.
