New here to find out more about this stock - and it looks like a big short using many IDs to get his disgusted opinion heard? Get a life dude, as I bet your manipulating subliminal messages have no effect on how people invest.
Geesh man, you never invest in another bio before? And why you posting like anyone cares over & over? If you writing a book or a diary on this, maybe you need a Shrink. Anytime you have a company with so few shares and needing money to survive and do clinical trials, this is going to happen....duh!
Matt, you are quite sick and need help - I only own a few puts on this garbage but wish I did own more. Only thing that concerns me (but not much since I have no large position), is that maybe, if this is organized pumping to keep the company afloat longer, it is possible to do that for some time as long as they can manage the cash. But who knows - I would just not bet the farm on it - many many many other opportunities out there that make more sense!
OH sure, all is well.....they just needed to rearrange the deck chairs on the Titanic ~ be fine in no time.
Nope, not short. I do trade stocks, and just happened to notice this. I did buy only like 20 puts recently, but no big loss if my 'lottery' pick, like yours does not deliver. And I am not trying to help anyone per se, but if it was I, and I was betting on some huge upside....just maybe, you already got your big lottery on this for the year (?)
Absolutely no way this drug comes back to life...in my opinion, and most sane people agree. This not like Tysabri or QCOR drug where there is a high need due to lack of comparable drugs or little competitive threat. The burden of proof is very high since the company took the drug off the market. Even if there were a chance, a company like Takeda does not have to be in a rush, while AFFY is in a hurry, before cash runs out or the banks come calling. Much better opps for a lottery pick out there!
Sentiment: Strong Sell
Would not be surprised when we get that offer at $2 billion market cap! Wooohooo!
Sentiment: Strong Buy
Yep, me too 3K! ~ maybe thank the Crazy Ivan Russkie posting 4 short setup on tweetville....lol. Wait for it, the big bounce from here!
Sentiment: Strong Buy
Oh yep ~ how soon will the gap btwn your ears fill?
Agreed, short sharks and weak longs likely are already out the door, and w/ slow volume will likely rise up at least 50 cents....imo. We are quite close to the bottom and sentiment is still quite high on the future potential.
S&P MAINTAINS STRONG SELL OPINION ON SHARES OF MBI INC.
(S&P Capital IQ)
We keep our $7.00 target price, which assumes the shares trade at 50% of tangible book value, in line with valuations for distressed firms. MBI shares are up amid unconfirmed reports in the Wall Street Journal that claims it and Bank of Ameica (BAC 13, Hold) are set to settle their litigation. MBI is reported to receive a total settlement valued at $1.7B and BAC will take a 5% stake in MBI. We do not share the market's enthusiasm for this news since it is far less than MBI anticipated, and we still view MBI's financial situation as fragile.
Sentiment: Strong Sell
lol, ok, not much of a run, thus far. Could be weak hands.
Should bounce off near 52 wk low after recent good news of full enrollment, am I right? Common sense would tell you that few would be selling now, knowing that there must be big interest in being placed on this drug. Reward versus risk looks good to me. Remember, buy low sell much higher, right? Looks like manipulation before a buyout or just taking out stops before they move price much higher!
bargaingaydude, you got to be the most ignoramous poster on a board I have ever seen! Can U not hold shares and have bought some cheap puts not long ago???? But, of course! You have no sense and no ethics in posting at all, and are trying so hard to knock the price down by posting silly garbage so repeating it is annoying and nauseating! Get a life, and stop posting on more than one handle.
U like a damnnn child! Whatever dude, even if it was, and it is not....over & over & over again??? YOu nothing but a damnnnn clown!
Those guys repetitively posting negative comments trying to force longs to sell and dumping shares on bid while putting up fake large share orders on ask, using HFT technique after sending out short notifications over web yesterday. Sounds like crooks to me.
Like I said clown, if you are so confident in price moving up, WHY KEEP PUMPING IT ON OTHER BOARDS!!!??????....LOL.
Could the ignoramous that travels from msg board to msg board pumping up this garbage stock please stop it!?! if you are so confident about your position, just pump/talk about it here. I could see if you were already on another msg board and if someone asked, you mentioned it, but to every board in the universe is just plain suspicious and maybe even unethical....imo.
alright fair enough - I too have seen that in other stocks, more riskier tech ones. You do have to have an open mind and don't go blindly throw money at a stock due to what you read there.
I don't have a position here (yet), but your argument seems highly flawed. What about when Parker was near bankruptcy, and then grasped for a lawsuit against Q to save the company. Shorts could say that is like your thesis that they were desperate. Also, did you read the whole SA article? Did you notice the author's credentials? He is a former CEO and founder of RAmbus? Not like he is just a common writer like you often see on SA. And yes anyone can write an article at least once with some basic knowledge, but I think you only get paid if your article is popular. It is independent authors, not necessarily affiliated with Seeking Alpha. So, please tell us what mistakes that writer made on the case of PK against QCOM. Thanks!
