  • About 25k job cuts will be enforced if the acquisition deal is finalized. SLB with $46B revenue and 123k employees, the combined revenue (HAL-BHI) will be about 51B with 145k employees. Do the math. Revenue Headcount ratio will have to be adjusted significantly to beat SLB margins. Pretty interesting to see the outcome of this deal and how two giants (HAL/BHI and SLB) perform next year! I would expect the stock price to hit at least $74/ share next year despite significantly lower crude prices.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

Is FABU OTCQX?, or OTCQB? or OTC Pink? What is next... What is the difference between their existing position and what is expected next year? Anyone?

Thanks. One think I must acknowledge that what you said earlier (last year and at the beginning of this year) has become a reality. If you think FABU is a dead investment and dead money, then should I call it R.I.P. or do you think there are possibilities for the turnaround? Why they can't file bankruptcy and why they still continue at OTC? Appreciate your comments.

IBCB321, Thanks. I believe that short sale paid for your lavish dinner? It did not hit .25 :(
Well, apart from the jokse, do you expect FABU to release Q4 financials in January? If they don't release what will happen? Do you think if the management fails further do you expect this stock to stay as OTC beyond two years? (Sigh....)
