Does Cyanotech have more competitors for sales of spirulina than for astaxanthin and thus less chance of bigger sales?
Cyanotech, in the past, has filed patents for processes for herbicides and pesticides which were found to have no worthwhile application. Even their feed to improve fish and egg color seems to have gone nowhere. So filing the patents may not mean very much. I have vegetarian friends of whom I will ask their opinion of Green Complete if they have one. Buy but with a quick sell trigger if needed.
Useful perhaps in some cases but certainly not without an agenda filled with irrelevant postings. No one here has ever promised a future price as a guarantee and even I, whom you accuse of being a pump artist, have criticized past performance and decisions of the company.
That was back in the early 1990's I believe. It did get to 14 at one point and I sold all I had between 11 and 13. But hard times came thereafter and the company barely stayed afloat. I have since bought shares between 4 and 5 and do not plan on selling until I see if the expansion is going to pay off for us or not.
Yeah, that has a lot to do with the subject at hand. But not surprising that the "One" cannot keep a clear thought in its' head for more than a minute or two.
I like your thought herbert but cannot do that as I want a horse that has some thinking ability in the stretch run.
Sorry I left you out of the first message wrongtom. I shall remedy that with the next workout.
I know that bobbo/avi/veggibar want to keep up on this.
The problem was that it had a couple reverse splits after that and barely stayed afloat for some time. I also bought those early shares when the company was headquartered in Woodinville WA and I sold between 12 and 14. The current price now has me back in profitable territory with the shares I purchased after the stock plummeted with the Chinese blockage of Cyanotech's multi level marketing program there. Buy with patience and nerves of steel as this one can be a real roller coaster but if you have enough, at this time, hold on.
You can try but I am not sure the Aussie exchange allows shorting. At least they did not when I lived there. I saw the chart and a 1 or 5 (as it states below the chart) should not have cut the price, it should have raised the price. I wonder if it was a 5 for 1.
