DR. A has made it clear about NOT WANTING TO BOUGHT OUT! But, he also is not losing sleep over funding via very early Pre-Trial and Early PH 1 & 2 trials for partnerships. That is the most logical Low Dilution choice. As I posted over half a year ago to ol-Henry, big money is interested in great science EARLY. We are building a full portfolio of AMAZING SCIENCE with great Diversity.

HENRY says NO ONE WILL PARTNER on a PH1 drug above??? REALLY Henry???

Acquisitions in the NASH space in Dr. Danti De's article about GILD next acquisition: HE LISTED SEVERAL PHASE ONE drugs that got deals! EVEN PRE-CLINICAL DRUGS!!!! Enjoy a little education Henry:

Article quotes:" In the last one year, there have been 6 acquisitions/deals of NASH products/companies by Big Pharma.

Lumena was acquired by Shire (for $260mn upfront for its LUM002 ASBT inhibitor NASH drug candidate that was in PHASE 1. ($260 MILLION UPFRONT PAYMENT HENRY!)

Bristol-Myers Squibb (NYSE:BMY) licensed TD-139, a Galectin-3 inhibitor, from Galecto for $444mn. This drug candidate was also in PHASE 1. ($444 MILLION HENRY!)

    Merck (NYSE:MRK) licensed NGM282, a pre-clinical stage CYP7A1 inhibitor, from NGM for $450mn. ($450 MILLION HENRY and PRE-CLINICAL STAGE)!

In April this year, AstraZeneca picked up the license for RG-125, a pre-clinical NASH drug candidate, for $500mn. ($500 MILLION HENRY and again a PRE-CLINICAL STAGE DRUG) '

JUST a few examples for you to see that Preclincal & Phase ONE drugs GET DEALS HENRY!!!! With the results we are seeing in the lab and trials, shorts here in ARWR are playing with FIRE!!!

I second that thought. I've IGNORED over HALF the posters here and it is GREAT and more useful. Counter thoughts are wonderful, but combined with untruth statements and worse is a waste of all our time. Buy or sell, up to each of us-who cares, do what you want to do to do the best you can investing. That is the market.

The U.S. Is a Big Oil Importer Again

The U.S. Is a Big Oil Importer Again (on Bloomberg today)
    View photo

In the three months since the U.S. lifted its 40-year ban on crude oil exports, a curious thing has happened. Rather than flooding global markets, U.S. crude shipments to foreign buyers have stalled. At the same time, imports into the U.S. jumped to a three-year high in what looks to be a reversal of a yearslong decline in the amount of foreign crude brought into the American market.

As of March 25, the four-week average of imports was running at 7.9 million barrels a day, 9.8 percent higher than the year before. “That’s not a one-week blip,” says Tim Evans, an energy analyst (END PASTE)

Drilling reduced, wells natural depletion rates drop production, JUST a matter of time to see prices up so our TeamStrata can move us forward as per their plan. UGLY to WAIT, but that is the market for now.

Absolutely and seeing 50% elimination after 8 months in mice!

Shen, a senior member of the department of nanomedicine at Houston Methodist Research Institute, explains that each component has a specific and essential role in the drug delivery process. The first component is the nanoporous silicon material that naturally degrades in the body. The second component is a polymer made up of multiple strands that contain doxorubicin. Once inside the tumor, the silicon material degrades, releasing the strands. Due to natural thermodynamic forces, these strands curl-up to form nanoparticles that are taken up by the cancer cells. Once inside the cancer cells, the acidic pH close to the nucleus causes the drug to be released from the nanoparticles. Inside the nucleus, the active drug acts to kill the cell.

  • This landmark study appears today in Nature Biotechnology (early online edition). March 14

The majority of cancer deaths are due to metastases to the lung and liver, yet there is no cure. Existing cancer drugs provide limited benefit due to their inability to overcome biological barriers in the body and reach the cancer cells in sufficient concentrations. Houston Methodist nanotechnology and cancer researchers have solved this problem by developing a drug that generates nanoparticles inside the lung metastases in mice.

In this study, 50 percent of the mice treated with the drug had no trace of metastatic disease after eight months. That's equivalent to about 24 years of long-term survival following metastatic disease for humans.

Due to the body's own defense mechanisms, most cancer drugs are absorbed into healthy tissue causing negative side effects, and only a fraction of the administered drug actually reaches the tumor, making it less effective, said Mauro Ferrari, Ph.D, president and CEO of the Houston Methodist Research Institute. This new treatment strategy enables sequential passage of the biological barriers to transport the killing agent into the heart of the cancer. The active drug is only released inside the nucleus of the metastatic disease cell, avoiding the multidrug resistance mechanism of the cancer cells. This strategy effectively kills the tumor and provides significant therapeutic benefit in all mice, including long-term survival in half of the animals.

Mouse results have lead to some very large funding deals in the past. Large results like this where other RNAi examples via 520 and ATT where the mouse results were in line with human results could be leading us to a funding deal sooner than later. Dr. A said he is not losing sleep, so I see no reason to not believe him at this time. Clearly this area of science is a massive monster that has effect every family via cancer issues and would draw major funding with new and solid results. Risk capital likes BIG MARKETS. Have a great week everyone.

Off the top of my head the main leases we have still have over 5 years left. You can check with Trevor, but that is not a concern of his via any conversation I've had with him. The over all cost to renew the leases is very low, so I recall this being a talking point a few years ago. Last of our worries is the leases. Largest is the general oil markets and when will Saudi stop the flow to crush Iran, Russia and the NEW US production in the Bakken etc. They are bleeding also as I saw on CNBC where they passed a bond issue to help fund their social responsibilities to "STAY IN POWER". We are all about the price of oil now as the company has made great strides finding the Billion Barrels, and was very close to funding a few wells as the price of oil cratered. IT will be back, but WHEN???????? So, I've used this ridiculous large dip in price to even buy much more. I know I have more than enough, but at 3-4 cents per share and having 7 barrels per share in the ground, how do pass this leverage up??? Issue is the time table to own this and the lack of liquidity as you buy major blocks. Take Care

Who ever saw the current oil market price coming would be a BILLIONAIRE shorting everything. Now what was Billion Dollar companies are selling off their best oil properties to just pay the interest on their loans as they went all in their drilling programs.

Here we are still Debt Free as I understand it and we have about 7 barrels in the ground per share and we sit and wait for the oil markets to recover. IMO, There will be less competition as the higher cost production will have a tough time starting back up. NO DOUBTS it is ugly and still ugly. Looking a bit better, but the price of oil currently is in the hands of two or three countries. EVERYONE else is losing money. I bought several big blocks as I put my orders in at 100,000 shares ALL OR NONE and it took weeks to fill but one had better be ready to wait a long time to see this oil market get better. That is the BIG UNKNOWN!!!!

I've purchased 430,000 shares over the past 4 months alone. The oil market is what it is, but I do believe in this specific Canadian market and appreciate what Strata has found and is positioning themselves to do as the energy market recovers. Still a good year+ away IMO, but if people want to dump their stock at these prices, I'll put some away for the long term future as they are debt free and have about 1 billion barrels on their leases. KOCH just bought out tens of thousands of acres ALL AROUND Shell and Strata over the past two years. I've been buying because I can currently get 7 BARRELS of oil in the ground per share purchased for just 3 CENTS TOTAL!!!! Now tell me that is not worth some speculation dollars with a debt free company swimming in oil under their feet??? I just talked with CEO-Trevor just 50 minutes ago to get an update on this summers goals and needed funding.

If you could have predicted the current prices of oil just 30 months ago, you'd be a multi-billionaire today and the Bakken WOULD HAVE NEVER HAPPENED to the scale we saw it leap forward as that area and asset is being KILLED by having way too high production costs and fast well depletion. As for posting on that board??? Do you see the need via the conditions of the ENTIRE OIL MARKETS ALL OVER THE WORLD? Brazil, Venezuela, Russia and many others are going BANKO due to the current markets & social obligations. Will it last forever? Not in my opinion, so I buy blocks of 100,000 shares only via All or None and it takes weeks to fill my orders by the MM. Last two purchases were at 2.75 cents and I now own over 1.7 million shares and 900,000 options. WHY NOT???? I see higher prices in the future and TeamStrata is doing all they can in this very ugly time. NO DEBT, so lower risk as most oil companies are chin deep in debt and selling off their prime assets to just make interest payments.

Thanks for your input here. This alone Post tells me why they have not cut a deal yet. If they are seeing this via one dose, what are they seeing now after 3 or 4???? The more we see progress in reaching our FC goals via the multi-dosing, the more leverage we have in negotiations for a partnership (IF THEY WANT ONE at this time?)

YOU criticize me at every opportunity and I'm just buying ARWR on every 50 cent dip and I've stated that EVERY TIME I've done it to better my overall cost average. Now I'm about even while we have been toiling through a BIG BEAR Biotech MARKET compounded by UGLY SHORTS trying to kill this stock at every opportunity.

I like what I've done here as I believe in the science and that science is about to be talked about in great detail over the next few weeks or months via the trials underway that many of us here have been waiting for over 18 months to see these specific type trials performed. YOU just generate negative doubt and bash away at good folks here, hard working TeamARWR management and completely ignore the general weak markets in Biotech and the massive short players that are trying to do evil things to this hard working micro-cap company. Thank you Tiger for this DD work! Throw in the knowledge that Drug Duration is much longer in Humans than in NHP and the longer term results should be logically BETTER due to the compounding of the doses in Humans. Can't wait to see how we are doing after 4 or 5 doses + 2 weeks in the KD areas and immune responses.

Glad to see we have 3 presentations coming in just a few weeks. Maybe we get the 1st TRUE HUMAN DATA as to the performance of the Trials underway. Have a great evening.
