    My discussion with IR today

    by hparch 8 hours ago

I agree with your fear of a early buyout. They have all the money they need to prove up BOTH ARC-520 and ARC-AAT over the next two years. This is why they don't feel pressure to talk about every little progress made in the lab without it all being completed. Stockholders are stockholders and no matter what they do, a certain % will complain about it. So, keep your head down and get the science finished and that is what drives value higher in the end. This is clearly the best company I've invested in a very long time. I've never seen such upside potential with so little outstanding shares out and fully funded for many years. AMAZING Opportunity! THANKS HP for all you shared.

Well, we can always do all our testing offshore as the larger HepB markets are outside the US. That would make the FDA look real-stupid for playing games with 1 MILLION lives per year! (Friday-Go Zags! Sure hope they win just one more against UCLA to reach the Elite 8. That is where I picked them reach!)

RUNNING because the FDA timeline is what it is???? REALLY???? Why would the FDA timing of a decision make a difference by a week or month for anyone to sell early???? The approval will be standing on its science ONLY!!! It met all protocol and is well packaged for the decision. Not on what day it will be happening on. The FDA is the FDA and they do it in their own time. Talk about FICKLE! Good BYE!!!

IF your low KD numbers were even close, they would be testing at higher 5mg+ levels. I agree that even the low numbers you are offering with solid Multi-Dose Step-Down KD that does reach those desired 1Log KD levels will explode the stock upward. EITHER WAY-WE WIN & WE WIN BIG!

    Question - drilling

    by options999 Mar 24, 2015 9:25 PM

They desire to drill the much cheaper well for exploratory findings. Spend the least amount to PROVE Cold-Flow numbers to make their reserve bankable for less dilution going forward. But, neither is off the table as I understand it. It's all about talking with the right financial people that can raise them the funds for the right package to move us forward, not want the farm for doing it, and getting a rig turning. I would also speculate that having such a large drop in drilling activity, could also soon drop drilling costs as many are just sitting in the fields collecting rust with the slow down in capital spending.

You and I are on the same page retired. As I see it, the FDA wants it their way and we will soon be able to do just that. BUT-the advantage to ARWR now is our team understands their desires in safety structure AND CAN NOW MOVE FORWARD with OTHER offshore tests that can design in all the FDA's concerns, so we will have much more data they will accept down the road, but start testings much sooner offshore. This drug will be approved & sold worldwide and selling first in the US is not a concern.

YOU are EXACTLY RIGHT retired! This statement about the FINAL REPORT for the non-clinical multi-dose testing tells me they are seeing great things happening in the lab via these on-going animal tests. DR. G even said the those tests were "VERY INTERESTING!" We are not finished with the Ph2A 3/4mg single dose test and our team is ready to charge ahead with a very aggressive Ph2B parallel program at both 2mg and 4mg dose levels. WE ARE SEEING GREAT Multi-Dose Step-Down KD action in my mind for them to make this decision this early and with this much confidence!!!! Have a great evening retired!

Exactly Retired. I said the same over a month ago. I even asked the question: As the FDA requested a FINAL REPORT on both the 3/4mg data AND the Non-Clinical Multi-Dose testing, WHAT IF the company is not ready to stop each test to compile a FINAL REPORT due to the continued VALUABLE INFORMATION we are still learning???? I LOVE the fact that we are still learning more, and our team wanted to be very aggressive in the Ph2B protocol. Tells me they are seeing what they need to see to ensure Ph2B is a success in reaching our end goal of FC!

No-No-No-No, the Mid to-High $7s was the time to sell. NOW IS BUYING TIME AGAIN! Buy under $6.90 and sell over $7.40 for a clean 50 cent profit on the trading shares you desire. Keep a core for the big fun coming, but make a living along the way or building a FREE Core Stock Base. A nice 7% +- on every swing as we wait for science to be ready for release. NOTHING BUT FUN trading a little and holding a lot in a core position. Super Strong Buy Today!!

This company is crawling forward and making small progress, even when the oil market is in the Dumpster. This carbonate purchase clearly shows the long term value expected from such an asset. Shell spent over $21 MILLION to secure it all that laid under their Oil Sands Zone they are currently pumping in their Carmon Creek Deposit. The more we know, the better this all looks. I saw a few oil CEO's on TV today and they feel the cut backs in drilling (capital spending) will soon get demand and supply back in line so oil should be creeping back to $70+ by year end. This would certainly help us reach our next drilling goals.

    Reason ARWR plunged yesterday

Right back to the "The Street" and Cramers #$%$ Mafia. They change the messenger so the SEC can't see their own hand in front of their own face. How do we all Spell MANIPULATION? "The Street" Why do you all think Cramer founded The Street as he left his Hedge Fund???? He understands the power of media in this Wall Street Game and how it has become so much more powerful via so many day-traders looking to make money every day. Watch his video on YouTube on how its important to push out FALSE RUMORS to key media levels to PROFIT! He sits on the sidelines with his CNBC connections and media giant relationship and can have his little "The Street" pump out lies that CNBC will pickup on many times. Amazing business model to manipulate and generate profits with lies & deceptions! This shows how lazy the SEC really is, or maybe they tend to make a few extra offshore dollars themselves??? Where ever there is BIG MONEY, there is BIG CRIME!

    Dear Shareholders & Friends,

Recently we were contacted by the Financial Post, which
is one of Canada's premier business publications. They
were looking for an update on production from the Alberta
Carbonate Triangle in Alberta, and so they contacted Strata,
Royal Dutch Shell, Laricina, and Osum.

They visited Strata at the Alberta Core Lab, and published
an article which you can view here.

The piece provided some helpful exposure for Strata, and
    we appreciated the coverage.

One thing the article mentioned was the Crown land sale results
from a few days ago, where the carbonate rights under Shell's
80,000 bpd Carmon Creek deposit were purchased through third-
party land companies by an unknown buyer for an average of
$1,105.37 per hectare and bid as high as $7,815 per hectare ---
which is 50-times the average oil sands lease price paid in the
    past year.

In fact, they paid the highest price we've seen in any oil-sands
land sale since 2007. And it was JUST for the carbonates, not
    even the sands formations.

This is important for shareholders of Strata Oil, because Shell's
Carmon Creek lease-block area is contiguous and directly
southeast of our 20,000 hectare Cadotte project.
You can read the blog post here.

    Best Regards,

    Trevor Newton

In the window of time that a FDA decision can come any day. Hope the best for the company that has worked hard with this product, gathered the right team to make it work and be successful, pulled in great people to help them fund this achievement and beyond, and further acquired rights to other massive product potential in a great pipeline. Have a great week everyone and good luck to all of us. GO ZAGS on Friday! Great show against a very good Iowa team, now its UCLA in the sights.

Exactly right. The shorts will find out one day soon that there is not enough stock inventory (supply) to cover their massive short speculation as other new buyers are entering this market with the news I feel we have coming. The more we know, the less selling and more new buyers feeling less risk will all be competing for the same small number of available shares at higher and higher prices.

IMO-we will see them when they have finished their internal protocol lab goals with those tests. As Dr. A stated last summer-"I wish we could have helped the Chimp with another 3 to 6 Multi-Doses that could lead to FC for her". I think this non-clinical multi-dosing program is to help them find the best dose to use (clearly offered to us all via their aggressive Ph2B initial request to the FDA at 2mg & 4mg), determine the dose frequencies at each dose level (is it every 2 weeks-4 weeks-6 weeks???), show NO Toxic and/or Saturation issues, and quite possibly a FC in the lab via the chimp model reached. All my speculation, but------! Enjoy your Sunday and Go Zags tonight!

Crime Group? YES he is! Manipulation of data and misrepresenting it in the public markets with a specific purpose to profit is a crime. Knowing a group of media giants were going to TRASH TALK a stock soon and setting up your stock position to profit from that IS INSIDE TRADING at the very least. NOW-being a part of that media giants network just put the tide over his head in GUILT by Inside Trading ALONE! Not to mention the vast liability they shoved onto the company via the lawsuit claims that will cost MILLIONS just defending.

Todays society has allowed too many GREY areas of crime to just get by and let it pass. This is the MOFIA of the markets today. Manipulation of stock values with A) manipulated data and B) massive well funded short selling pressure to C) attract your legal (secret Partners) to file litigation to add more hot steam to the drop in stock price. A crime is a crime and it clear and obvious here with His and Their Manipulation of ARWR.

Yes-ARWR will recover, but at the expense of Thousands of great little investors that worked their A$%'s off trying to make a buck to support their families and build a retirement. ANY WORSHIP of criminals doing business in this nature is like cheering Bonnie & Clyde as they murder people for fun and money! I'm NEVER IMPRESSED with that! I am impressed with hard working-honest folks that do endless great DD and find a diamond in the rough and put their money where their mouth is and ride the tide of uncertainties to a given end. Go ZAGS!
