  • Yahoo dropped Seeking Alpha but you can find a very good article about VOXX on that site. Let's see if Big Brother deletes this message! :-)

  • The most bullish news I've seen on WFM is that Jim Cramer has been relentlessly bearish on the stock since Q I was released in May. That gives me comfort because he is almost always wrong at turning points. Otherwise, the negative articles all seem to parrot the same theory. Wal*Mart shoppers are getting bargains as they fill their carts with organic foods. More likely they are stuffing themselves with pizza, hamburgers and fries and chasing that with a six pack of beer. I just don't think Whole Foods and Wal Mart shoppers flock together. We'll see soon enough but I suspect WFM is currently at or is close to its bottom. My worst case scenario is WFM is dead money for now and best case maybe it gets back in the low $40s. There does seem to be a healthy premium on the calls though.

Yes, looks encouraging unless it is simply WFM exercising its buyback program and supporting the stock at $36. As a bull I hope it's the few remaining bulls buying the dips. Stock seems to drop early and come back late. Should be a good sign of things to come?

  • I think this morning is a good indication of what we can expect going into the July 30 release. All seem to agree that WFM is still overvalued and has more room on the downside. I expect a rush of neutral to negative opinions on WFM going into Q II release. It appears all are in agreement. Not many if any bulls around for this stock. Anyway, there seems to be good support between $36 and 37. If Q II is decent or beats WFM could pop higher. If not I'm not sure how much lower it goes. Maybe they will increase dividend or buyback. That would help but stable and solid margins would be better.
