    Since Bonds are a Court enforceable' Loan Contract' and there Stock are 'Unsecured' worthless paper for payback enforcement. I would say their board or financial people will used the Common Stock fund monies to pay the interest on the Bonds and call it 'Market Conditions' on any drop the Stock price when as they say 'Rob Peter to Pay Paul" .... This seem to be the normal questionable practice with many company's these day's even the Good ones ..... BTU seems to also have monies and assets to out of the US that could pay the Bond holders. Some of these Non US Funds have a increase in US dollars when brought back the the USA from the exchange rate ....
