Nice FB post from ED today,

"Money 2020 is an excellent conference. I have been able to get in front of and present our solutions to a large number of high level industry execs. Essentially the entire payments industry is here and mobile payments is a large focus of the event. There is a lot of interest in our services."

    Ed Starrs ? MyEcheck

We will be filing an 8-k with the SEC on the line of credit that will better explain the terms. There is not dilution as a result of this deal. Shares are issued as collateral but are returned to the company if the company performs, and we are very confident about that. We do not have any immediate use for the $5,000,000 but need to have access to it for business continuity assurance (peace of mind for our customers that we will continue to be here) and in the event we want to make an acquisition

    New Questions Answered

    Q. Thanks Ed, with respect to the auditor's note on the entity as a going concern, do you imagine that will be relieved as clients like VX Gateway, Cuallix and Sionic go live with MyEcheck and revenues simply increase?

    A. Ed Starrs: Going concern is standard risk disclaimer language for start-ups, we are still a high risk investment but we are much more established and financially secure now than we have been in 4 years, and we continue to improve daily.

    Q. Ed, I believe in the past you stated that you did not expect to have anymore dilution. In reading through the form today it appears that dilution may be needed for current or future debt settlement. Can you elaborate on the likelihood of this and if it is likely to occur, how soon it could be expected? Thanks.

    A. Ed Starrs: ? What debt?

    Q. Hi - nice job getting the filing done. How long do you think the cash will hold out based on payroll and payroll taxes? Any detail behind the 218k for payroll taxes? Thanks

    A. Ed Starrs: We have been operating cash flow positive and profitably all year, we don't anticipate any cash flow problems in fact we anticipate cash flow to improve
