When these companies give out guidance they can only guess at what is going on within a company like MU.
Any guidance given that is based on insider disclosed information is a crime without proper disclosure.
But; what they will do is give negative guidance that can cause a drop in price and then take option positions that profit them on any upgrades. In the alternative they will give great guidance that can cause a stocks price to increase and then they will make more money on the surge or decline of certain call or put options. They are traders and they play a different game then most investors. They only have to report every 3 months and their positions are constantly changing.
You all saw the public offering today.
Are you aware that FITBIT is a customer of Micron?
Everyone keeps throwing up about the PC markets demise and MU is selling product to new customers in various other business's.
Have you heard of Microns FortisFlash and IBM.
There are a lot of things that Micron is in that no one talks about.
You have the receipt! YES
Google the SKU and it will give you the manufacture.
Every SKU is tied to the product it represents.
The problem is their are too many analyst making earnings projections and price targets.
The problem is that they are just guessing.
If they knew for sure they would have to disclose it as inside information.
The fact is that MU is a good company that will continue to grow.
The fact is that both the chart and options help to give clues as to where MU is headed.
The fact is that if you buy low and sell high you can make money.
The fact is that if MU catches a buyout bid by any other company, INTC will step in with a higher bid.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
Well I read that earlier.
Rick Whittington did not say Samsung sources gave him this inside information nor did he give a valid basis for his calculations. Maybe the supposed drop in price for memory is because more memory is being bundled into each chip and the cost to produce has dropped and some of the savings are being passed onto memory buyers..
I just don't buy his rendition...
One has to ask this question.
Is Drexel acting on inside information or just speculation?
They really fail to disclose their sources.
They have not lost a patent lawsuit. Your clueless.
The day is not done yet.
Just sold the July 17, 2015 $26 put options @ $97 per contract.
A lot of action on call and puts for July 17.
They are much better then the others.
They block web pages that are malicious.
They even scan all the ads on any web page that you open and block the content from loading if it contains malware or Trojans, etc.

Updates in the background unlike Norton and MacAfee.
I have used Norton and MacAfee and Viper works much better.
I have been using Viper for 5 years now and have no complaints.
Show me the legal basis for your statement if you can!

My yahoo ID xquestor is not connected to cheetah in any way shape or form as you alluded to in another post below. Cheetah has his way of trading and I have mine. I buy and sell stock and sell put options on under valued stock.
Go to the Investor Village MU board and look at my posts.
And Cheetah is right about the fact that 90% of call and put option buyers lose money.
Just search option pain
Have a nice day.
