he now says he made a mistake, but i would think someone on his postion would not make such a simple mistake reading a the OB? thats like a math teacher saying 2+1=4

People over on ST are saying he is wrong on his SA blog he is saying he is right, I know SR is a big shot in the BIO world and the OB is not hard to read and its the bible of the FDA, so who is right SR or everyone else? Would he make such a simple mistake and be wrong?.....

What message is this sending? someone is expecting this thing to be above 20 by june, the only way that happens is BO... regardless of NCE or not.. BP knows that NCE is becoming less and less important and the longer they wait to BO then the more its going to cost them. Feb was a big month now we have scripdata and more patents, so one theory is somene thinks BP may not look at NCE anymore and make a bid...

alll OB does is make it offical by pubhishing it. NCE can happen anytime any hour .... -

FYI. Nce status does not wait for OB udpate, thats only when the book is updated. NCE status can be determined at any time. If AMRN goes get notice of a Y or N then they must communicate it in a PR just becuse this did not happen to be updated in the OB all that means is that as of 2:15 EST no determination has been made.
It has been said all along that and its more and more people are saying that FDA will give AMRN the notice before OB updates, Yes it sucks that it did not happen today but this does not mean by any means that it wont happen before Jan OB update.
But it now gets even more intresting as now the pressure is really on does AMRN go GIA for sure, or are they going to sell for a bit less with NCE unknown, will BP step up and just give them what they want as they too dont want to wait any longer as the longer they wait and the stronger AMRN gets the more $$ its going to cost them.
whats annoyoing everyone is with all the Patents and new ones coming online NCE is really not an issue, so BP gets 2 less years big deal by then you have already have the market in your palms and have made 3 years of profits. but its clear that as of today NCE is still the big hold up, but now it may not be as no matter who makes the next move the next 2-4 weeks are going to be game changers with AMRN.. - Reply to

I got into an disagrement with one of thier admins and well long story but ill still be trolling here and there, on this board and AMRN for now. To bad you cant Buddy or follow someone in YMB.
Yes i will always give credit where its due, i dont post cause i get tired of the childish behavoir though, that is still rampent even with the person named so i got tired of playing the games. Just becuase someone may be right on a call does not mean they can still act like a child... anyway thanks for the well wishes, today may be my biggest investment day ever, AMRN has huge news that can push the stock up over 50+% today and i am heavly loaded. if not then i still have trades that take it out a few months. If AMRN delivers today (well the FDA really) then ill be back in OCZ to ride it and see where it goes as ill have so much profit that i wont mind buying 10-20k shares.

another delay then its time to start looking at longer term like 3 months or so down the road, its clear that BP wont make a move until NCE is known.
if yes then look for B/O and even if No look for B/O (just lower price) but now there is talk that they may just GIA and sell it later (some time next year) on as the vaule builds up. the wordind in the recent 8k pretty much shows this as anouther option. -
Hornice yes i am alive and well, still poor but hanging in their. Yes i hounded him like no ohters a few weeks ago when SEC came knocking on OCZ door he sent me a message saying his sources were wrong ect.. I was like ya no kidding, but now i am ARMN land, when OCZ made the pop to 2.24 a few days ago i sold out all holdings (calls) but i still have a substantial loss, but cant change it and gotta move on plus i dont post on YMB hardly anymore cause of annoying people, i am a regular on Stock Twits now, its so much nicer and if people start taking crap they can get suspended really easy and no they cannot have muliple id's i now mostly troll YMB, its so nice to beable to have a good converstion on a stock but if my AMRN trades work out ill be back in OCZ i think they are on the right road and at 1.78 can t really lose more thatn that so downside is limited LOL..

well did not close out at above 10 infact it went down 4% today to 9.31....
2nd as they asked before why pay 9 dollar premium on a 3 strike price, that makes no sense, i know as of today the prices are different but still, when you posted this AMRN was in the 12's and to control 1 contract was going to cost u 900 bucks then you are stuck.. 100 shares long cost 1200 and you hold forever, 1 contract to control 100 shars @ 3.00 = 900 =12.00 B/E so your 1st post is a horrible investment.
FYI LEAP options on speculitve stocks such as this are a waste of money, you only trade weeklie or monthly options on these types of stocks.. -

Canaccord Genuity noted, “Reiterate BUY, lowering target to $19 ; maintain positive view on Vascepa commercial, partnering potential while acknowledging increased commercial risk. We continue to expect business development talks to intensify and Vascepa to receive NCE (five-year exclusivity). Our $19 target is based on a sum-of-the-parts analysis, combining a DCF of high triglyceride sales and pNPV of mixed dyslipidemia sales.”
Amarin Corporation closed on Thursday at $11.95 . -
