    Value of TPI

I can see why the financials are taking so long to prepare. This is a messy transaction. The chances of bankruptcy are remote, There are to many signs that show business picking up once this joint venture is up and running.
I would be extremely pleased to get an offer of $1.50 and move on

I am going to make this very simple and make a few assumptions.Because I only have the Balance sheet as of Dec 31 to work with
Lets assume the only assets on the books as of right now are the cash they received for the 72% which is 25 million and 23% of the joint venture which I calculate to be 15 million (23% of 65 million). The total being 40 million. The outstanding shares are 29.5 million. The book value would be $1.36 .How we get to $2-3.Is the missing piece to the puzzle.
A few years ago I thought we would have seen this company sell for $3-4.Can we agree that the rock bottom price on any buyout would be $1,but most likely would be $1-2.
Lets remember the company is being valued at about $10 million as of the end of today. So $2 puts TPI at about $60 million...
Please does this make any sense?

Well now we know why the stock went down.......I did not bother to read the 10k (SHAME ON ME) it was right there in the open on June 25 the same day as the earnings release....so this going concern has already been baked into the price .....and is history as well.....
The stock price might very well waffle for another month until the earnings release for the first quarter is out of the way......
The discounting mechanism should start to kick in .....in anticipation of the Christmas season.....
the uncertainty with this company is beginning to disappear......
My main concern was the money......or that capital was "tight"......it validates my idea that MCZ had no choice to do the deal that caused further dilution.....and "probably" was a requirement by any future lender that MCZ put more of their skin in the game..
Also it is very difficult to persuade an outside auditor to put a deferred tax on the books.....I know ..I went through this twice...1987.....2001
This in itself tells me the auditor is contradicting himself to a degree......They were concerned about the company going forward...but yet they saw profits on the horizon.......
What really ticks me off though is why DR or Karen did not mention the going concern issue ON THE CALL....but the bottom line is ''FULL STEAM AHEAD"

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

On June 23, 2015, Mad Catz, Inc. (“MCI”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mad Catz Interactive, Inc. (the “Company”), entered into an Amendment (the “Amendment”) to its Fourth Amended and Restated Loan Agreement (as amended, the “Loan Agreement”) between MCI and Wells Fargo Capital Finance, LLC (“Wells Fargo”). The Amendment extends the expiration of Loan Agreement to July 31, 2016, and adjusts the monthly EBITDA requirement contained in the Loan Agreement for the months of May 2015 through June 2016. Wells Fargo also provided a waiver of default related to the March 31, 2015 and April 30, 2015 EBITDA requirement, as the Company’s EBITDA for the trailing twelve months ended March 31, 2015 and April 30, 2015 was lower than the required threshold.
