Where do you get 3.32?? The 200 day is just around 3.00. The move over the last few days has been great, and I agree 4.00 looks viable in short order.
It appears to me that they are the ones contracted to try this deep water method that they have done in shallow water. Seems like the best concept, lets hope it works because the dispersment chemicals do not obviously.
Exactly! Watch insider buying or when their buying trends change. That is the measure you want to look at with insiders and they have to file all transactions well in advance. Selling is the thing we are all poor at, insiders are no exception.
Hey Yahoo - Could you get your act together on the Div & Yield Calculations, many of which are wrong. Look at JRS yielding about 11% you say 3.7% - AOD you say N/A yielding 16.94% IGD keeps bouncing back and forth from 3.3% to 12.26%.
And now its wrong again. HMM as said before, not a good source of information. Come on Yahoo - we all know you have your challenges, but get this simple problem fixed.
It looks like Yahoo is calculating the div & yield wrong on a lot of these funds that pay monthly....CAUTION in using this info as gospel.....
T Boones car may run on Nat Gas, but mine does not. Wicked long time for a conversion that means anything in this arena. Storage is maxing out, and nothing has happened short term to signal a spike in demand. Probably a great play long term at these prices, but this is not a buy and hold place to be.
A problem and a potential good......The value of the homes that are being refi'ed have gone down.....To cover the present mortgage, most refi loans will be within that +80% zone. Many will not refi because of that, those that have to, will have to PMI.
Just as a side bar, I have been in here since Dec 2007, and accumulating all of 2008. Not looking so right, right now, but I feel strong long term. Bring it on shorty!
Not Really. Its a good thing in my opinion, but the positive impact on UTC will be way over shadowed by the other big line items that will be negetively impacted in the short term with the overall economy. I think the better places to look for gains from this are in companies more solely concentrated on energy efficiency.
I like the company alot - I think their diversity makes them strong as hell. I don't see minor things, or even major events shaking the tree too much, thats why I think this news does not really mean a whole lot.
