Not yet. Even at $10 / share it doesn't meet most of the criteria.
SEC has no budget to hire people to investigate which is intentional.

Looks like we are close to 107 support based on various posts.
Because nobody cares about earnings on LL.
There are questions of survival here due to liability and legality.
Investors would rather choose missing estimates than uncertainty.
Remember this old adage: "Man fears the unknown."

Has anyone provided an estimate for replacement of the allegedly unsafe flooring?
Since you sold those calls for $200 each for May 16 expiration, and you are assigned (paid $3000 for each stock), you have the total of $3200 minus trading costs. If you sold May calls, you might simply keep the $200 if VDSI stays under $30 until May 16th. If VDSI is over $30, you will be assigned. Since you sold the rights to your shares to another investor, that investor can choose to take your shares for $3000 per 100 any time they want to.

The ship was released almost immediately. Non issue to markets.
Inexperience. They could sell calls and get cash gains and still hold the stock.
Goldman Sachs has CELG at the top of its sell list.
Not sure why but fundamentals sure do make CELG a good stock to own.
Earnings Thursday will help.
Thanks. I have no idea what that is. Is it you get 1 share for each share you own for a 2:1 stock split? Or is it some whacky word used only during the British Raj and still used by India 400 years later?
I apologize for posting something that might be useful to others.
Why? 52 percent annual return if assigned at the strike price of $30.
Why in the world should I have not sold covered calls?
