Get real. Seven years ago NS was rumored to have worked with Axion on a prototype. NS never acknowledged this. Seven years later NOT ONE ORDER!
Think about it for a moment.... Can you haul 10,000 tons of coal up Horse Shoe Curve on Batteries? The batteries in that one might last about 1.5 minutes.

11 years. Every auto maker in the world has looked, no orders. Most utilities in US have looked, no orders. Several Railroads looked, no orders. The only thing they have sold is their line of legacy Lead/Acid car batteries on ebay. Oh, but the insiders continue to take BIG salaries.

Been to that one too. It's about .5 miles down the road. Large site that was a former failed Pharmacy company. They are using the building to store old junk equipment including several failed demo CARS (VW, Chevy and Kenworth Truck) that were converted to electric and have been sitting for several years unusable (but they are all leaking oil on the floor).

I've been there. The plant you will find was built in the 1920's as the New Castle Battery Company. It was last updated in the 50's. When the company failed, Axion bought it and has not spent a dime of your money on any part of it. Why do you think they cannot manufacture batteries that work? Maybe 60 year old equipment that already put one company out and soon will take another. We just want to make sure that the insiders get a little more of your money first.

You want the truth --- HELL YES ITS A SCAM! After 8 years, no battery, no customers, no buyers and dont kid yourself, everyone has looked at this, no one has bought. The only one making money out of this mess is the former CEO who for 11 years took close to $1M/Year OF YOUR MONEY in his pocket (check the public filings).

  • This was a mess at .09/share and has gotten worse. Over eight years, EVERY auto manufacturer has looked at these batteries, so far zero purchases. In the same time period multiple rail roads, truck companies and utilities have kicked the tires. So far ZERO orders.

Maybe the batteries just plain DON'T WORK outside the lab. Hmmmm Inquiring minds know the truth.

    Sentiment: Strong Sell
