not sure about option history tables. but great job selling puts last year on VVUS; selling puts or calls is a great strategy when handled with care; buying them is much more risky but can yield huge and fast money, as u surely know. on equities that I'm watching, and on SPY/SPX too, in order to guage short term movements, I very often monitor near the money calls/puts between 1-3 months out from the present time. options almost always move before a stock will. this also helps me in selling covered calls which I do often, but almost always the front month, with larger stock positions that I hold. I invest and trade for a roster of clients, both Long and Short. VVUS could make one rich or it could go to $2-3, it's very hard to tell if they'll prosper or if it's simply dead money.

$28+ to under $5 with no end to that ugly trend in sight. VVUS has not broken and held $6 since April and won't get near there without tangible news, which likely won't come until the next earnings report. no position but have been watching her, now and then, since she broke below $10 when it looked cheap, but was not. it's also worth noting (because I just looked) there is very little call buying whatsoever at $6-7+ later this year. stock looks broken and one must question why they have NO partner to ramp up sales of their meds. my biggest Win ever, in the health care space, was Human Genome Sciences, acquired by Glaxo Smith Kline. I see none of the same hope looking at VVUS and after doing work on it.

then u should be buying VVUS here at $4.86. no momentum and downtrend is firmly in place. I see no reason to buy shares in VVUS on a prayer of a buyout. stock is going nowhere without a catalyst and the chart is awful. read between the lines as to why VVUS has no big pharma partner to increase their sales and no apparent buy out interest even at these depressed levels - multi year lows.

after the bell, just got an SEC form 4 notice that HERO director Steven Webster bought 50,000 shares on Friday (cost $3.99) and today he picked up 100,000 more shares at $4.02. he now owns over 1.7+ million HERO shares. these are large insider moves (the CEO and others since the #$%$ Goldman Sachs downgrade) being made on the open market.....I believe HERO is worth 100+% more within a year.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

$41+ to barely holding $1 - and you're impressed with her volume? what's the catalyst for this company to even reclaim $3-4?

watching PLPL in real time today, saw her violent move down to .285 then it immediately bounced to .36, that's pure manipulation, now fell back to .31 cents. price action is ugly. this is either a huge opportunity or a company in deep trouble. I'm not sure which it is.

good CDE entry there and be prepared to add shares in the $7-8 range too. I also sell covered calls all the time over my cost, within 1-2 months of expiration and it yields great income. don't pay any mind to those who spout venom and yet can't understand what you're doing with options. if I hold a core of CDE at these levels (I do) then I'm also monitoring the $9+ calls dated out in June and beyond, the call options will almost always spike before the share price will. CDE, and other select miners, are a bargain here and no one can pick any precise bottom. similarly, I'm aggressively buying ANV here at the $3.05 area

more accurately that's a rookie buying PLPL at Market and not Limit. always buy the pennies on tight Limit orders or the market maker will punish the stupid trader. Long 10,000 PLPL

    Sentiment: Strong Buy
