Agree about this ridiculous post about advance warning, wish I had tomorrow's news today. Lots of panic here by people that know better than management and apparently nobody has ever heard of arbitrage. Never mind that shares were lower than this a couple of weeks ago.
I think it's getting dragged down by the transport ETF which can't diferentiate between an airline and UPS
I'd have to say the US trading is being heavily influenced by the Kass article as it now trading down twice as much as where London shares closed.
Now he's selling some, brilliant. Some more of his blow ups over the past month, BONT, ASPS, OCN. It's hard to pick that many disasters.
Seriously considering shorting the stock on this. I firmly believe this will be their "New Coke" and heads should roll at Intuit.
Really is a travesty. For years GE Capital was the excuse, now it will be the rapid drop in oil. Never mind that he decided to move aggressively into energy at the top and made the Alstrom deal when Europe was about to implode. Pretty sad to look at a GE chart vs HON.
I actually believe today's underperformance by airlines is due to terrorism. Air France is getting hit pretty hard.
