Remember, it's only money you're losing.

That sole employee is churning up the PR mill. Having just arranged a sweetheart deal for himself that will net him millions of 1c shares he's priming the price in order to sell them.

In a few months this will end the same way the previous Rare Earths pump, and the Gold pump, ended . . . with a 1:300 reverse split.

Then stay tuned for the Next Big Thing.

    History of Operating Losses.

We have experienced net losses from operations, and we may continue to incur net losses from operations in the future. We have incurred substantial costs and expenses in researching and developing our SPD technology. As of December 31, 2014, we had a cumulative net loss of $98,130,702 since our inception. Our net loss was $4,413,722 in 2014, $6,040,611 in 2013, and $3,169,560 in 2012 (which includes non-cash accounting charge in 2014, 2013 and 2012 of $1,042,917, $2,914,904, and $984,537, respectively, resulting from the expensing of grants of restricted stock and stock options).

No, Andrew's only been a seller, in fact a big seller, for the last three years. JVA's neither over nor underpriced IMO at this point. I am long.

Andrew Gordon, CEO of JVA, filed a Form 4 today disclosing that he bought 10,000 shares of JVA on the open market at an average price of 4.69.

After selling (wisely it turns out) a boatload of shares in the 7 - 23 range he's now become a buyer of the company stock. This augurs well.

GTSO announces they're paying $2,500,000 for a clean room!!! That's only about 2,400,000 too much. But not to worry they have $9,000 in the bank.

Naturally when none of this comes to pass the 'seller' (also GTSO) will receive millions of 1c shares as payment in lieu. GTSO's Thief-in-Chief will then sell those shares to the punters and rake in millions more.

Follow that by another 300:1 reverse split and another cycle of theft will be complete.

On September 16, 2014, the board of directors designated 1,000,000 shares of Series E preferred stock.

On the same date, the Company issued 1,000,000 shares of Series E preferred stock to Eastern Rim Funds, a Panama corporation, (“Eastern Rim”) for services valued at $20,000. For accounting purposes, the Series E preferred stock was valued at $3,010,644, which was the estimated market value of the shares.

    3,010,644/20,000 = 15,000% gain

Sweeeeeet deal!!!!!!!!! Can I get one???

It's important to read some old posts to understand how the GTSO scam has been played over and over and over again. There's a little button on the left at the bottom of the message board list with an option for how far back to show messages. The default is 3 Months but click All and peruse some of the messages from a year or two ago. Different business models but always the same scam.

    Hot Air?

Scam? Are you kidding me?!? Have you followed the history of GTSO over the last few years? They've gone from hunting for 'rare earths' -when that was a craze - to mining for gold when gold was hot - to scamming for pot now that weed is hot.

The process is really quite simple; GTSO announces a 'strategic investment' in an 'outside' company whereby they agree to invest, say, $100,000 in the acquisition via convertible debenture. Since GTSO only has a few thousand dollars on hand they obviously can't fund the 'deal' but not to worry because the deal says that instead they can issue shares instead of cash at a rate of - I snit you not - 1c per share!!! And it makes no difference what price the stock is trading at (typically 30,000% higher at $3.00). The 'outside' company then proceeds to sell those 1c shares joyously into the market reaping, yes, 10,000 - 30,000% gains!

Gradually the stock becomes hopelessly diluted since just one $100K deal represents an additional 10,000,000 shares and finally even the weekly PR's are no longer enough to rake in new marks to be ripped-off. Then the stock plunges to mere pennies and it's game over. Or is it?

The genius part is that it's not! Instead not content to steal just a few million dollars from investors they perform a 300:1 reverse split (twice so far in the last three years) and bring the share price back up to a reasonable level. By then what's been hot is usually not and instead they relaunch themselves into the next hot business of the day. Rinse and repeat.

So understand that if you buy GTSO you're funding someone else's yachts and mansions and you will lose it all. It's a scummy game but our ever narcoleptic SEC will not intervene so it's up to you to protect yourself!

Wow Mr. Johnson, you just raked in a cool $1,1000,000 !!! And by selling just as fast as soon you were allowed to (Day 4 following earnings) in the 13's you netted an extra $160,000 over the current price!

I know where you're going . . . but make sure to get a measles short first !! lol

118,000 shares traded so far . . . looks like some very healthy downside volume as some of the dummies wake up to what's going on (obviously NOT the ones posting on Yahoo messageboards, lol).

Isn't Director Johnson looking smarter every day? He caught the top and already reaped $140,000 more than he would have got had he stayed waiting like the rest of you.

Let's see, we've already traded 72,000 shares this morning and the 200 DMA of volume is 61,000 and the 50 DMA is 125,000.

I'd say that's pretty respectable volume and it looks like the dump cycle is really gathering speed. But hey, stand put and lose the Jan gains but show those pesky sellers that you're not the cut-and-run type.

He'll certainly be 'lessening his financial burden' with $950,000 in three days of stock sales.

It's often said that insiders have many reasons to sell but thinking 'this puppy's about to scream higher' isn't one of them. Looks like Johnson caught the top.
