Still a moron, I see. :)
Quality seeks quality, dummy. Those guys wouldn't touch $LL, and you have to know that. Nobody is that dumb.
I did tell you months ago (around $40) that we would be below $15 by the time of this specific earnings report.
Thank you. Thank you very much. Gimme a peanut butter and 'nana samich.....
djisgreat, you must be buying hand over fist. Funny guy, averaging down on a sinking ship. Couldn't happen to a nicer homophobe. (We all know you don't own a share, but it's fun to play, right?)
I see that delusion is still running high on this board. Too bad....
You were referring to appealing the Delaware award in the Federal system, and that's what I commented on. My comments stand, and are incontrovertible.
The rest of your non-sequitur reply is so silly, that it doesn't even warrant a response. Sheesh..........
Methinks you a troll. Get a life.:)
"If the DLSC were to confirm Parsons' award, I would fully expect SIGA to turn to the Federal Court of Appeals. "
No, they won't. There is no other appeal avenue. The DSC is it. Period.
The only path through the Federal courts would be if there were a constitutional issue/question. There isn't (and it's never been proffered that there is), so you guys should disabuse yourself of this fantasy.
Here is paste (verbatim) of a post I made last month on the NQ board. It fits here perfectly as well:
"Over and over again, you amateurs get all excited (and intentionally setup) by these manipulated pops, only to be let down in the following days. So to shall this be. The juvenile taunting only adds to the silly display.
Still short, and still happy.
Best of luck."
Sheeple never seem to learn. Oh well, enjoy it while it lasts........:)
LOL, you clearly haven't a clue how options work. Might want to learn the subject before you make asinine statements like that.
(I'm so glad I looked at the threads before my iggy list kicked in - note to self: don't do that again - these cretins aren't worth the effort). :)
MY bad trades? LOL, I have killed it with this dog. But to answer your questions, I don't need to have a claim against $LL. What I think doesn't matter, since I'm a trader - and the situation they find themselves in is a dream for the shorts, and will continue to be. If you can't see what's staring you in the face (and has been for months), I can't help you.
I'm sorry you made a bad trade, but posting nonsense 100X a day won't fix your loss, or convince anyone else to help you out with ill-advised buys. You're in a sinking ship, and the sooner you realize that, the better. And yes, I'll hold the balance of my short. Lots more to be made, imo.
Best of luck, noob.
Typical rookie. Just keeps posting dung all day, with no basis in fact to anything he says. Buys in the $30s and instead of bailing like most knowledgeable people when it's obvious he made a bad trade, he keeps "averaging down' until the shares are essentially worthless.
By the way, there are tons of available shares to short. Try learning how to find these things out. Sheesh, there are at least 450K shares available at one small, boutique shop alone.
Facts. Learn to use them.
You lose your CFO, CEO, and now the Chief Compliance Officer. You're facing hundreds of lawsuits, and your insurance company is denying coverage for those lawsuits. You're under investigation from all fronts, and yet the diehard, delusional longs keep posting how all of this is "good news," how LL is wayyyyy oversold, and how the epic short squeeze has started.
I'll say this - I want what you guys are smoking. Lots of it.
Keep 'em coming, it's great entertainment for the rest of us. I'll remain short in the meantime.
Good luck to everyone.
The article is now up on SA Pro. Since it's the pay portion of the site, I won't paste any of the text here. Should be available for free next week.
It's not good.
This is from Matt Brice of Sova Group just a few minutes ago: (Disclosure: He has a short position in the company - and may trade at any time).
"Later today, we will release internal company documents that show Lumber Liquidators' sourcing problems are not limited to its laminate products. More specifically, the internal company documents reveal that Lumber Liquidators is currently trying to hide the sourcing of its engineered hardwood products in an effort to mitigate its recall efforts, not to mention its regulatory and legal scrutiny.
Not only is this behavior underhanded and deceptive, it calls into question a variety of other company-wide decisions that have been made in recent past and any future decisions made by current management. Any hope that Tom Sullivan would come in and right the ship has been dashed as the current "relabeling" efforts are underway and happening on his watch."
Over and over again, you amateurs get all excited (and intentionally setup) by these manipulated pops, only to be let down in the following days. So to shall this be. The juvenile taunting only adds to the silly display.
Still short, and still happy.
Best of luck.
What a ridiculous comment. You desperate longs will conjure up anything to try to justify you staying long.
Where do you people come from?
Even though I'm short, I wasn't thinking that BK was in the near future, if at all. But now, with the insurers refusing coverage, the dominoes have begun to fall. This is the new IP, and the floodgates have opened. I am now convinced that BK protection will be filed within 120-150 days. This incompetently (and perhaps criminally) run company is going down for the count. Bet on it. I have.
Good luck all.
Guess we can see how the market values that huge upgrade. Stock up 1% (about $.44) lol.
CF has excess inventory to unload. Ipso facto......
