There is hard-core support at $27-30, so anyone who still wants to be long can use that range in their decision making process. While I've already covered the balance of my short, I do think an earnings miss is likely to blow that support away. I wouldn't be surprised to see tankage down into the $22ish range. jmho....
Best of luck to all, whichever side you're on..
"The only news you are going to see in the near future, is an announcement that PWC has resigned (spun by NQ as a disagreement of some sort) and that NQ has begun a search for new auditors.
First hammer has fallen. Check.
"This will certainly be followed in the coming months by NQ being delisted. They will be unable to get an unqualified opinion from any reputable firm. "
Good luck all. :)
Come on, now. Do you really think the CEO or anyone on his behalf is monitoring a Yahoo message board?
Call his office and make a nuisance of yourself, if it's that important.
After reading some of your history, I can see why you just HAD to send me to iggy. I guess I'll live, seeing that you're kinda the board jester, so to speak. Typical of the inhabitants of these boards, sadly.
Have a great day (we both know I'm not on ignore, don't we?)

It's amazing that there are so many die-hard longs with their heads up their keisters about this. This company is a fraud, and MW will be vindicated in the end.
He happens to have a very busy week this week (compared to all the times I've looked in the past). He has a hearing/oral arguments scheduled every day this week. Last week iirc, he only had one hearing listed.
Just covered the last of my positions at between $29.93 and $29.98. As posted here previously, I had positions at $48, $43, and $47. Took a little longer than I had thought (6 mos), but another successful, target driven trade is all good in my book.
It should hang around $30 here a while (absent any really good news) but here's hoping I'm wrong about that, and it jumps back up big-time, so long suffering longs can do well.
Good luck all.
I trade both ways, though I can't see myself ever going long this turd. That doesn't mean some intermediate good news couldn't make it pop. But I'd rather stick to my belief on this one, even if I miss out on some nice gains. There's a lot of other stocks to trade. I just don't like this one from a long point of view.
While I usually choose not to respond to posts like yours, I'm in a good mood today, and figured I'd help you out. While it's true that I haven't been engaging in the silliness that tries to pass itself off as substantive posts here, I have indeed posted here before. Just click on my name, and go to the following dates (these were just a few that I saw right away - there are plenty more):
10/25/13 - "but still happy with my short from $24 and change."
10/25/13 - "It will be 5-6 soon. As posted here previously, I've been short since 24 and I just shorted a bunch more at 11.43."
10/28/13 - "In any event, I covered half of my position at $7.89 a few min ago, and will let the rest run a bit. Still think we see $5-6, but I'd really be greedy if I didn't take some off the table at this point."
11/5/13 - "While I'm short and would thus be happy with this news, someone needs to show proof that it has happened, or it's just rumor. I found nothing, fwiw."
Sorry for your losses. Have a great weekend. :)
Covered the balance of my short (from $15, as posted here previously), at $5.95 a few minutes ago. Target had been $6, and though I think it still has some tankage in its future, I'm happy with another successful, target driven trade.
Good luck all.
Just covered half of my short position at $33.70.
Back when it was $48, someone here told me we'd see $74 before $34. Sorry to have been right.
As I said in January, I will cover part of my short around $34, and the balance at $30. Absent any news, it should hang around $30 for a good while. jmho.
