I see Hopium is still the drug of choice on this board. Some things never change. :)

Thank you, thank you, thank you, lemmings and acolytes. :)

Added to my short position once again - this time at $35.24.

Please, bid it higher. I'm begging you. And daring you, lol.

    Good luck, all.

Doubled my short, just now at $35.02. Gift from God, thank you!!

Too bad I was traveling yesterday, would have shorted even higher. But I'm still happy.

    Good luck all.

LOL, this is perhaps the silliest post I've read this year so far. Well done. Unbelievable!

  • zacklabster by zacklabster Feb 4, 2015 1:42 PM Flag

As posted here last month, I had covered the balance of my short (from $62) at my original target of $33, and opined that there was still more tankage in HLF's future. I still believe this to be so, and as promised, have today shorted this recent pop. Shorted in the past few minutes from $32.52-32.56.

Good luck to all, and continue to ignore the paid hacks who post incessantly (on both sides). Waste of space and time, imho :)

  • ANNAPOLIS, Md., Feb. 2, 2015 PharmAthene, Inc. (NYSE MKT: PIP) announced today that its recombinant Protective Antigen (rPA) was one of the vaccines reported by Immunovaccine, Inc., to be effective at providing protection to animals when administered as a single unit dose anthrax vaccine formulated with novel DepoVax™ technology in a non-clinical anthrax challenge study conducted through the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, National Institutes of Health (NIAID/NIH) Preclinical Services Program. DepoVax™ is a patented formulation, developed by Immunovaccine that provides controlled and prolonged exposure of antigens plus adjuvant to the immune system, resulting in a strong, specific and sustained immune response with the potential for single-dose effectiveness.

"The development of next generation anthrax vaccines that can achieve protective immunity in fewer than three doses – less than the currently licensed anthrax vaccine, is an important priority for the United States Government," said Eric I. Richman, President and Chief Executive Officer. "The potential for reduced dosing with rapid immunity, which these preliminary DepoVax™/rPA data suggest is possible, could yield substantial improvements in cost, convenience and effectiveness for the Government. PharmAthene has demonstrated its ability to manufacture rPA bulk drug substance at commercial scale under Current Good Manufacturing Practices regulated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and is pleased to be at the forefront of the development of improved, next generation vaccine options."

The DepoVax™/rPA study was conducted through the NIAID's Animal Model of Infectious Diseases preclinical services program (HHSN2722012000022I/HHSN27200001).

    MORE SIGA BAD FAITH

The proper response would have been to tell us the amount of the bonuses, so we could all determine if your definition of "huge" is appropriate. :)

  • Not that it really matters anymore vis a vis the share price, but thought some might be interested anyway.

Was listening to my local (Miami - WQAM) sports radio station earlier while running errands, and heard our local guy at radio row doing a long, extended interview with Barry Sanders (boy do I miss watching him run). He's there talking up that "Tackle PBA" educational campaign he's doing with the Gridiron Greats Assistance Fund and AVNR. Was pretty informative. Guess he's making the rounds. Good stuff.

There's a website, etc. in case you're interested. Just Google "tackle PBA."

Why is this message board still here, anyway? It should have closed already. Maybe I can be the last post, huh?

    :)

Really? A few days of upward movement and it's a losing position? Stocks go up, and stocks go down. And here we are at $3.80. I'm happy. Are you? :)

    Best of luck.

You're reading too much into it. It's Marketing 101. Keep them interested in your product, company, etc. Always say "when" not "if." That's why they have a FB page. JMHO....and yes, I'm short - but that doesn't mean I can't be objective. In this case, I don't think it means much. Then again, what do I know? :)

I am not drod. I'm a well adjusted, mature adult. He's a nutjob child who can't let go of his SIGA obsession. Please don't insult me like that. Apparently he's having a conversation with himself, thus the weird post to me here.

Best to ignore him, as I do. (Yes, I took a look at the post, lol).

    Final order was entered:

PharmAthene, Inc. (NYSE MKT: PIP) announced today that the Delaware Court of Chancery has entered its Final Order and Judgment in the Company's litigation against SIGA Technologies, Inc. The Court's judgment against SIGA totaled $194,649,041.74, including $113,116,985.00 in lump sum expectation damages for the value of PharmAthene's lost profits for SIGA's smallpox antiviral, Tecovirimat, and $81,532,056.74 in pre-judgment interest and attorneys' and expert witness fees. In addition, SIGA will be required to pay post-judgment interest of $30,663.89 per day, beginning today.

The court's determination, along with the decision itself, will remain subject to appeal by SIGA to the Delaware Supreme Court. Because SIGA has filed for protection under the Federal bankruptcy laws, PharmAthene is automatically stayed from taking any enforcement action in the Delaware Court of Chancery. PharmAthene's ability to collect a money judgment from SIGA remains subject to further proceedings in the Bankruptcy Court.

Neither. I actually added more to the short, but I was busy and didn't post it here (so I won't take credit for it). In any event, I have no worries that this will also turn out to be a winning trade for me, like all the others (since the $20s). :)

    Best of luck to you.

  • See my post on the SIGA board. Keeps getting deleted here.....

  • 10:54 EST - SIGA wins a temporary reprieve from a bankruptcy judge to restructure through Chapter 11 as it awaits the final fate of a licensing dispute with drug maker PharmAthene (PIP). A judge has given SIGA until May 14 to propose a plan to pay back creditors. The company, which contributes smallpox vaccine Tecovirimat to the US Strategic National Stockpile, owes PIP $190M in a long-running dispute, a corporate-law judge in Delaware recently ruled. SIGA is appealing the decision.

  • Ridiculous wait for him to rule on such silly disputes. Now we wait again for PIP to send a new order, and Parsons to take his time to issue a final ruling. $113M in damages plus interest. Sheesh!

No, because I haven't covered (and that was an add to my existing short, by the way - from much higher (go back thru my posts, since you're interested, lol)). When I post a trade, I make sure I post the closing of the trade, too. Just the other day, I went back to a six-month old HLF thread to update my position. So have no fear, I'll let you know. :)

    Best of luck to you.

Actually, it does appear that you do sit there all day, dying to get out of your margin call position. I saw your behavior yesterday, and it was kinda pathetic. I feel for you and your loss situation, but just hoping and hoping against all credible evidence that this thing is gonna turn around for you is sad. I wish you luck, but you are going to lose it all on NQ. When it's revealed that they are lying about buybacks and insider buys (can't be proven) along with all the other transgressions, delisting will be the ultimate outcome.

    Good luck.
