"...cut out the expense of other sources of nutrition..."
I think Phood seems pretty expensive: $50 / 20 meals.
Instant Breakfast runs $5 / 10 meals ( but you are supposed to add fat-free milk).
The label on my Phood container states:
Land & Sea EFA blend 5,187mg
(flax, algalin, & sunflower providing 4,400mg of omega 3-6-9)
My wife said it had an awful taste. I just tried it and it tasted fine to me. It leaves a strong vanilla after taste, but it's not unpleasant.
My wife (who's into healthy foods) tried the Vanilla Phood and says it's horrible.
The shake is in the refrigerator and I (not into healthy foods) haven't had the nerve to try it yet.
All my MLP's pay distributions from positive cash flows. This seems to be a little ways in the future for SZYM.
Lisa, I have no numbers in boxes 1, 2, or 3. I do have "Interest Income", but that's in box 5.
Then I have box 7 "Royalties", that's sent by my H&R Block software to IRS form "Rents & Royalties". In the FAQ on the right of the screen it states that O&G royalties do NOT go on this form.
