    Oooop.....there she goes......lol

  • One thousand of the 36,000 illegal immigrant criminals the government released in 2013 have gone on to commit other crimes, including child sex abuse, hit-and-run and child cruelty, according to new data released Friday evening by Senate Judiciary Committee.

The information, which the Homeland Security Department provided, details all 1,000 convictions including dozens of drunk-driving convictions, drug offenses and weapons convictions. But the more serious crimes include domestic abuse, carjacking and aggravated assault.

One of the illegal immigrants, identified as No. 960, was subsequently convicted of inflicting injury on a domestic partner; child cruelty, with the possibility of injury or death; probation violations; speeding; driving without a license; and failing to appear for court.

“The Obama Administration claims that it is using ‘prosecutorial discretion’ to prioritize the removal of criminal aliens from this country. But this report shows the disturbing truth: 1,000 undocumented aliens previously convicted of crimes who the Administration released in 2013 have gone on to commit further crimes in our communities”

  • One of the regions that has contributed to GISS’ “hottest ever year” is South America, particularly Brazil, Paraguay and the northern part of Argentina.

In reality, this is fabricated, as they have no stations anywhere near this area, as NOAA shows below.

Go to NOAA for the information.

What interests me is that all the "mistakes" over the decades always favor the AGW argument.

Obama calls it a "breach of protocol". That's rich, from the most lawless President in US history.

He violates US law/US Constitution - bypassing US Congress LEGISLATIVE branch and writes/re-writes US law with executive "memos", and thinks nothing of it.

  • Reuters Poll: OBSTRUCTIONIST Obama Approval getting hammered Approve 39% - Disapprove 54%

Sets up well for GOP passed legislation.

  • The same French magazine that was attacked today. But Obama/left is just A-ok with lampooning any other religious leader, especially JesusChrist.

Just don't lampoon ObamasGod, that's where free speech ends.

The Obama White House criticized French satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo in 2012 for publishing cartoons mocking the ProphetMa-hammad.

  • We are now at 18 YEARS and 3 months with NO GloBULL warming!

And there are now 87 separate/documented "scientific" explanations for "the pause".

The RSS (Remote Sensing Systems) satellite dataset shows no global warming at all for 219 months from October 1996 to December 2014 – more than half the 432-month satellite record.

The global warming that the IPCC had so confidently but misguidedly predicted 25 years ago has stopped altogether.

The Great Pause is a growing embarrassment to those who had told us with 'substantial confidence' that the science was settled and the debate over. Nature had other ideas.

Are you insane?????.....Due to over 75+ years of insane liberal over-regulation in the USA, the free market capitalist system is a mere shadow of itself.

I would submit that if the REAL free market capitalist system were restored - and the incredible ingenuity of the US citizens were unleashed - the USA would be flying high again.

Obama Imposed 75,000+ Pages of New Regulations in 2014

Just in the last few weeks, the Obama administration has proposed or imposed over 1,200 new regulations on the American people that will add even more to the already crushing $2 trillion per year cost burden of the federal regulatory machine. According to data compiled from the federal government’s Regulations.gov website, most of the new regulatory schemes involve energy and the environment — 139 during a mere two-week period in December, to be precise.

In all, the Obama administration foisted more than 75,000 pages of regulations on the United States in 2014, costing over $200 billion, on the low end, if new proposed rules are taken into account.

Just one of those “rules” by the out-of-control Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the so-called “coal ash” regulation, is expected to cost as much as $20 billion, estimates suggest. Another oncoming rule, which experts and analysts say is likely to be the most expensive federal regulation in all of U.S. history, could wreak havoc across the nation and crush the economy to the point that economic growth halts completely, experts said. Even Christmas lights, though, are now in the administration’s regulatory cross hairs, along with virtually everything else.

The insatiable Obama White House “pen and phone” machine has been spewing costly and draconian regulatory edicts at a fast and furious pace since taking power six years ago.

The so-called “ozone rule,” which estimates suggest could cost as much as $270 billion per year and put millions of American jobs at risk under the guise of further regulating emissions of the natural

In the USA, the top 1% pay nearly 50% of ALL federal taxes. Conversely, the bottom 50% of wage earners pay next to nothing.

The progressive tax system destroys incentive, and needs to be abolished.

  • A miserable FAILURE by any measure.......whatever you subsidize, you get more of.

Fortunate that the socialist State of Vermont killed single-payer before it could spread its insidious poison.

  • December 24th Memphis, Tennessee.

A suspect in an armed home invasion is dead after he was confronted by an armed homeowner.

Two men began knocking on the front door of a North Memphis, Tenn. home on Tuesday. When a woman answered, the man barged in — identified as 22-year-old Nico Carlisle — held a gun to the woman’s neck.

A male homeowner also inside the house heard the commotion, retrieved his own handgun, and fired several shots at the man, hitting and killing Carlisle.

Police said Carlisle had an extensive rap sheet that included charges for burglary and assault.

Police also cleared the homeowner of wrong-doing.

Love it when bad guys with guns, go teeetzup when confronting good guys with guns. Perfect.
