  • The AMCN is rather conservative in response to the $6.00 offer. That's a clear sign that it is working on a better deal. The 2nd buyer few days ago offered $344M for 75% of AMCN shares, that is $8.19/share. I just can not believe the 2nd buyer will let the 3rd buyer to snap it at $6.00.

Maybe there are more buyers. $344M is not a whole lot of money in China.

$6 actually is cheap comparing to the price few days ago.

  • any price under $6.00 is a screaming buy.

So far, 3 institutes made bids. The first one was back in April, values AMCN way over 48. Then few days ago, a second buyer was willing to buy 75% for US$ 344M, which valued AMCN $8.19 per share.

Now today, a third buyer is offering $6.00 for going private.

Do you think the 2nd buyer will just the 3rd buyer to snap it at $6.00? A bidding war is bound to happen.

Grab it when it is under $6.00. You can't lose.

seriously $344 M is not a lot of money for China. AMCN has no debt, with 50 million dollar cash, rev is way over 200M a year, and you know the profit margin for ad companies is always very high.

Just buy as much as you can. You won't find an opportunity like this. Money is money, I don't care it is from China or Africa.
