When Mayer was at Google they tried to buy YELP for 500 mill,if they wanted to buy YELP now at a premium it would be 20 times their original offer which is 10 bill, which will NEVER happen, Mayer is trying to save her job trying to get some search back from GOOG ,if you look at MSFT when it partnered with YELP it (around June 2012)went up less then 2 % and if i remember the stock was like $21 and went to $21 and change. This stock is way way over valued now,If you short it here(2,000 shares ) and don't pay any attention for 3-6 months-- In my opinion you will make up to 60 Grand.

it not for Ichann ebay would be taken to the woodshed,no telling where it goes today many downgrades but ichann could over ride that
it may fall hard, i thought nflx and ffiv would lift the nasdaq again today, looks like the market might be ready for correction,if that happens some momo stocks could get hit hard if they don't knock the cover off the ball on earnings.

this is true Stoppelman has no shares and he is their leader, check it out do some DD almost all insiders sell their shares as soon as they get their options. do research or just Google Yelp ceo or Stoppelman or insiders sells his shares. if you are long this stock and do no research and listen to people on these boards, you will wake up 1 morning and see a $40 stock price,be careful and Good Luck.
January 6th,low to mid $50's. Unsure what it will do next 2 days--MM's might make it go green early tomorrow only to drive it down hard in next 2 days. Some people will think it went down 13% and they will get in cheaper then Friday (they will be left holding the bag) In May when they have the lock up period I was looking and I saw insiders paid between $1 -$2 for stock,by then we might be in $20's low $30's-- My honest opinion is we will be close to $49-$50 very soon,no one has a clue what earnings will be like and even if they do better it can not justify this evaluation.
