AS it turned out, volume petered off for the day after my original post; and it's also been pretty much lame since then. What CHKE needs is new ideas in marketing/advertising.
Looks like Riff Jr. has taken over spamming for his father/uncle/whatever. Too bad he hasn't had time to learn proper spelling from Mr. Raff.
Squamish, did you play any golf games on the (Atlantic) golf coast while you were there? And if so, did you use aluminum golf clubs (or woods*) for the putters?
*(easy, ferg. I said woods, not woodies.)
When was it $150? Around $100 maybe, I don't recall the exact price, but I don't think it was near $150. (And I've been investing since the Circus Circus days, even went to the first annual meeting after MGM bought out Mandalay Resort Group.)
After only 2-1/2 hours, we're at 75% of daily trade volume; and on a traditionally slow day (Veteran's Day). Is CHKE doing some of it's buyback today? Are other people starting to invest/reinvest in this stock? Is it another NASDAQ glitch? And what about Naomi?.......Tune in tomorrow, for the continuing saga of: "As The Stock Trades".
Disclaimer: "Dark Shadows" was the only soap opera I ever watched on a regular basis.
Wouldn't you be able to fit more people on a private yacht than a private jet? And NO taking it out for any 3-hour tours.....3-hour tours.
I'm guessing he was staring at Ellie May...........PLEASE don't say it was Jethro; but then again, with that "90210" in the title, it sort of moves the show up to more "modern" times.
I think what he meant to say, was that MGM could triple from its current 52-week range. From $9.15, that would make it ~$27.50 (approximately). Only about $7.50 away, which could happen by 12/31/13 IF the general market trend resumes upward.
Yes maybe, but there's big money in garbage; just ask Mr. Sanford, Roc, liberal, or any member of the Democrat Party in positions of leadership right now.
Yeah, that internet gambling thingy SHOULD work out much better than all that gambling on housing which climaxed back in the mid 2000's, or even that internet IPO bubble at the start of the 2000's.
Hmm...., I wonder how many Nigerians have FB accounts.....
I find it hard to believe EITHER of you infantile hissy-fitters (or your colleagues/clones) have houses. Do you have your own computers, or do they belong to the call center you're at? (I find it hard to believe you're posting from the library, given the amount of smack you post; the libraries I'm aware of all have time limits, so that all residents can utilize them.)
[Turn on French accent]
I fart in your general direction.

It sounds like it could be a test market for guys wanting to have a pizza and watch the weekend NFL football game(s). Then if it works, they'll expand it to other sports seasons, which should work out since the place will undoubtably have satellite/cable/DSL/whatever.
Keep us posted forthebucks, maybe once a month or every other month.
