the VXX speaks the truth, the pro's know that this market is due for a correction, and the SELL IN MAY theory is a few days away, that will keep people in the VXX, i am loading up on VXX and if the market turns it may end green today, but sticking with it through the first two weeks in May, but watch out Thurs the ECB may lower rates, that could be a problem, buy it after that announcement

by danieltrifecta •Apr 19, 2013 12:11 PMbecause those "others" are an institution or accredited investor basically agreeing to lend the company $25MM for that boatload of shares. If you think you can get it at the same price for lets say $25K or less, good luck, it wont happen...now the price of the stock could drop that low, i am not saying that to all who replied here, i am just saying the investor made a deal at a discount because they believe they are going to make a decent profit. GL 2 all.
